Operating since 2016, we pride ourselves on our highly customized and unique weddings. We help you in every stage of your wedding planning, making the process for you and your loved one fun and easy. Services Offered
Stela is our lead wedding planner at Stellar Events. She is focused on bringing your vision for your special day to life. With unlimited consultations, Stela can get to know you personally so that she can design an event that reflects your genuine love story. If you require assistance with your entire occasion from beginning to end, she offers a full wedding planning package. For help with the details closer to the big day, Stela can provide month-of coordination and day-of coordination. Depending on which package you choose, this dedicated professional is happy to manage budget analysis, theme development, vendor referrals, timeline creation, venue visits, and more. In addition to weddings, this company is pleased to plan corporate dinners, fundraisers, galas, and trade shows.

Stela and her assistant were absolute rockstars. I hired her for the day of coordination and I am SO thankful for her! They made sure every last detail was perfect and that we were on time. She is so organized, communicates well and responds quickly, her assistant was also amazing with setting up, helping with timing, helping with the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres. So Amazing! I hired Stela to be my day of coordinator for my wedding May 20 2022 to keep an eye on set up and communication while I got ready the day of. She was so much more then that and and was so valuable! From first meeting she was so nice, easy going, organized and flexible as well as helpful with advice based on her previous experience. She was so quick to respond and answer questions and make suggestions. I felt so reassured knowing I would have her overseeing everything the day of, and she did so many helpful extras I didn't know a coordinator would to help my day be what I invisioned. She kept me informed, on schedule, made sure everything was set up as I asked, gave us reminders and was just do dependable with keeping things flowing between the venue, the vendors and the plan. I would highly recommend Stela to anyone looking for a day of coordinator or full planner.-

Planning a wedding can be really STRESSFUL. So many decisions to make & asking my fiancé for help only to get a response saying “anything you want is okay with me babe” didn’t help at all Lol. Stela helped me make decisions and book vendors right away!! Literally our first day she completed tasks I was trying to do for months!! It was so relieving to be able to talk to someone about my vision and actually seeing it come to pass day by day and most importantly on our special day 🥰. I’m still in awe of her ability to calm me down Lol, organize, multitask and absolutely transform a room!!! 😍😍 My dad still talks about her work till this day & it’s been over a year!! I was looking for someone to help me on the days leading up to my wedding and to execute the vision I had for the day. I had everything organized and lined up, but knew that I needed help or I would be stressing about the details all day long. With Stela on board, I could actually enjoy my day knowing someone was taking good care of the items I had carefully arranged.
Stela was helpful and supportive from the moment I met her. She listens well, asks great questions and had the insight to provide useful suggestions along the way. On the day of, she kept everyone to schedule, executed the detailed plan, helped all the men fold their handkerchiefs, and kept me updated just enough to ensure I knew everything was fine.
The days up to the wedding and the day itself ran smoothly because she was there to support, understand and help out in all the ways that really mattered to me. I enjoyed the day because I know she was there!Stellar Events's reply:
