I cannot recommend Stelar Events enough. She truly made my wedding and all the months leading up to such an amazing, stress free experience. I originally only booked her for one month but once I felt stressed three months prior to the wedding she graciously extended our contract and it made all the difference. She reviewed all my contracts with vendors, had an extremely organized excel with day of itinerary, budgeting, and todos with due dates. She was extremely accessible with amazing response times and always thought of things I would never have considered. It is clear she has incredible experience as an event planner and especially weddings. I went back and forth on a few decisions and she was very flexible to make changes and reached out to vendors when I wasn’t sure where to look. The rehearsal dinner went extremely smoothly. She has an amazing presence where everyone wants to listen to her and she can command a room well. Day of the wedding I truly lived in the present moment and she did the most incredible job coordinating everything. My family and friends did not have to handle anything themselves either, Stela had it all under control even when my groom had to move up a surprise dance so the videographer can capture it before he left, Stela handled it all! Truly an amazing experience to have her plan my wedding. I wish I signed a longer contract with her for the full year so I could have had her organization and expertise from the beginning!

Stela coordinated our event and went above and beyond for our big wedding of 350+. I never knew how badly I needed a coordinator until I met her. She was extremely flexible, speedy to respond and took over vendor communication the month of my wedding - SO helpful!
