  Month/Day Of Coordination

  Stella and Sukhi were amazing throughout the entire process! Just had our wedding March 25th 2023. We had two ceremonies and the reception so you can imagine it was a long, hectic day. The day was perfect and we couldn’t have done it with Stellar Events!!! 10/10 👍👍 Thank you again ladies for helping achieve the most perfect day!

  March 2023 Wedding

  Stela and her team are true superstars. We chose their month-of / day-of services and were truly impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail we were given. In planning our wedding we had some stressful hiccups and Stela always made herself available to ease our concerns.
  
  Stela and her team expertly coordinated with vendors (e.g, venue, baker, photographer, florist, DJ, etc.) to ensure our day went as smoothly as possible. Her timeline was a godsend that helped everyone be on the same page.
  
  Our decor was arranged perfectly for my husband and I to see before our guests arrived, exactly as we had discussed and envisioned.
  
  Our friends and family are still telling us what a lovely evening it was - we couldn't have done it without Stellar Events! Thank you again!

  Amazing stress free wedding planner with professionalism and experience!

  I cannot recommend Stelar Events enough. She truly made my wedding and all the months leading up to such an amazing, stress free experience. I originally only booked her for one month but once I felt stressed three months prior to the wedding she graciously extended our contract and it made all the difference. She reviewed all my contracts with vendors, had an extremely organized excel with day of itinerary, budgeting, and todos with due dates. She was extremely accessible with amazing response times and always thought of things I would never have considered. It is clear she has incredible experience as an event planner and especially weddings. I went back and forth on a few decisions and she was very flexible to make changes and reached out to vendors when I wasn’t sure where to look. The rehearsal dinner went extremely smoothly. She has an amazing presence where everyone wants to listen to her and she can command a room well. Day of the wedding I truly lived in the present moment and she did the most incredible job coordinating everything. My family and friends did not have to handle anything themselves either, Stela had it all under control even when my groom had to move up a surprise dance so the videographer can capture it before he left, Stela handled it all! Truly an amazing experience to have her plan my wedding. I wish I signed a longer contract with her for the full year so I could have had her organization and expertise from the beginning!

  Couldn’t do it without Stela

  Best wedding coordinator ever. I would recommend Stela over and over again. She was extremely responsive, organized and the kindest soul. Stela ensured our wedding day was absolutely perfect and captured our vision. Her schedule helped keep our day organized and ensured we didn’t miss a single thing. I couldn’t have asked for a better day thanks to Stela!

  Incredible

  Stela coordinated our event and went above and beyond for our big wedding of 350+. I never knew how badly I needed a coordinator until I met her. She was extremely flexible, speedy to respond and took over vendor communication the month of my wedding - SO helpful!
  
  In hindsight, I wish I saved myself the stress and hired her as my planner. 10/10!!!

  Working with Stela was amazing! She was very professional yet fun and easy to work with. She made the overwhelming task of planning a wedding very easy and stress free. She was always available and responsive to any questions or requests I had. On the day of everything was executed as I wanted and I could not have asked for a better planner.   Hiring Stela was the best thing i did!
  She was so nice, always ready to do anything to help with my wedding.
  The day of she was a life saver. Handled everything that kept going wrong and check in with me every step of the way.

  Stela is absolutely incredible, having her as part of our special day was the best thing that ever happened to us! She has been an angel to us, our friends, and family from start to finish, and it is safe to say that our wedding would not be possible or as well-executed without her. Her organization and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Not to mention, we felt she went above and beyond her role for us. I would have ten more weddings, just to have Stela be a part of it. She not only did her job as a coordinator/planner, but she did it with a humble heart, humility, and with care as if it were her own family member/friend's wedding. She put our minds at ease the entire way (zero stress), handled all the behind-the-scenes for us, and had the smoothest, most seamless execution. With Stela around, you can guarantee that she will be there for you at all times, and will make sure your day is the most memorable one!

  Exceptional!

  Stela was our month/day of coordinator & she was amazing! She answered any questions I had from the time of booking her right through to our wedding day, she responded right away & made sure she was on top of everything! I cannot express how grateful we are to have come by her page & book her, I truly was relaxed on our wedding day knowing she had everything handled.

  Month of Coordinator

  We were so happy to have hired Stela. She was very responsive, checked in on all my requests and was my biggest cheerleader. I wanted to have fun on my wedding day and thanks to Stela i didn't have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend working with her. All around 5 stars.
