Vanessa and Emily were amazing! We planned our wedding in three short months and they helped a ton leading up to and the day of the wedding to ensure it all went perfectly. Great value, amazing people, SO grateful!!

Make sure it's these guys!! Dan and I were married at the beginning of September, and people are still talking about our officiant. We were absolutely thrilled with the entire ceremony, and only have Jeff to thank for that!

When planning my wedding, I initially thought hiring a coordinator was an unnecessary expense.... I was so wrong. I truly don't know what I would have done without Ace's help. From the first time we met her, she but us completely at ease and we knew we could trust her to make our day perfect.

She was so amazing on our initials calls and walked us through everything step by step making sure we were as organized as possible and didn't forget anything. She handled communications with all of our vendors and distributed our schedule ensuring they all knew where they needed to be and when.

She was there bright an early day of with Starbucks for me in hand ready to go. She kept everyone and everything organized all day and even ran home to get us more table runners when we realized we didn't have enough. We didn't have to worry about anything at all, we knew she had it handled.

She went above and beyond and our day wouldn't have been as magical as it was without her help! I cannot thank her enough!

If you're on the fence about getting a coordinator... do it. You won't regret it, especially if you have the privilege of working with Ace!

We got married just over a month ago and had a fantastic experience working with Maeck Weddings for our month-of coordination wedding planning. Emily also came to our ceremony rehearsal and helped us navigate some last-minute surprises just before the big day. On the wedding day itself, she created and executed a detailed timeline that kept everything running smoothly. Even when unexpected hiccups came up during the reception, she adapted instantly and kept things moving without stress. We were also grateful for how beautifully she set up our décor at the reception—everything looked exactly how we’d imagined it.

Emily brought so much care and attention to every detail, and we genuinely appreciated everything she did to make our day so special. We can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much, Emily!

We hired Maeck Wedding's on for our month of/day of coordination and oh my goodness, we are so happy we did. We had the pleasure of working with Alysha and Stephanie through the process. Both ladies are so professional, attentive, flexible, and so much more. Everything was perfectly planned and timed accurately. They were both able to calm me down through all my little freakouts and reassure me that the day of would be spectacular. It was. Stephanie was there the morning of, she picked up our florals for us and delivered them to us at the hotel. Stephanie was quick, hard working, and there for any thing we needed that day. She made sure that all the details were correct and exactly how we wanted them. I am so pleased with how both her and Alysha handled everything. Highly recommend this team! They truly were amazing.

Aly at Maeck Weddings was an essential part of making our wedding the most incredible day of our lives. She made everyone at the wedding feel so secure in what needed to happen and when. She provided the perfect amount of direct instructions for the bridal party and all the vendors and she kept us all fed, on time and happy. I couldn't imagine getting married without her working tirelessly behind the scenes. If there's any piece of advice I'd give for wedding planning, it is to 100% get a day-of coordinator!

When we were looking for officiants, we really wanted someone who would create a unique, fun but tear-jerking, and modern ceremony. My husband and I are non-denominational and we wanted things to really about us and our relationship with each other. We stumbled across Jeff because I was looking at videos of weddings that had been done at our wedding venue, and there was a clip of him speaking - I was immediately sold and googled him. We hired him for our wedding and he absolutely came through and made things SO special for us. Furthermore, he is so supportive, has a great sense of humour, and was there for us even for non-ceremony/officiant-related wedding issues throughout the pandemic. We ended up postponing our wedding because of covid and Jeff was one of two vendors we wanted to make sure was available for our wedding because we knew things would never be the same without him. He was planning on taking our new wedding weekend off for vacation with his family but changed his plans to accommodate us, which is just going above and beyond. Leading up to the big day, he sent us forms to fill out together and individually (secretly from each other in fact) and ended up using our responses to put together a beautiful ceremony that described how we met, our relationship, memorable moments, what we love, what annoys us but we love anyway about each other, and guidance on vows. We didn't have any readings, and we didn't need to - Jeff filled the entire 30-min ceremony with meaningful moments and love. People were definitely crying and laughing even before we said our vows to each other. If you are looking for an officiant who is charismatic, funny, and supportive who can simultaneously make your wedding romantic, tear-jerking, and unforgettable then Jeff is your guy!!

PS - Jeff, if you read this, numerous guests and other vendors commented that you look like a Hollywood celebrity and asked "how we got Ryan Reynolds to lead our wedding ceremony"!
