Vanessa was our month-of wedding planner and she did a phenomenal job!! She connected with us throughout the month leading up to our wedding day, and helped us offload the communications required with our vendors. As chaotic as the actual day could be, she was there to help making sure everything was set up / running smoothly behind the scenes, we just needed to show up! Even when unforeseen circumstances came our way the day of (sudden pouring rain during ceremony), she coordinated so well with our venue and photographer to help us make split second decisions and to reshuffle a few things on the schedule. We were able to fully enjoy the night and still accomplish everything we wanted to, and the guests had a good time. -

Jeff performed our ceremony on June 21 of this year. It was more than just officiating…I would say, conducted? Directed? I don’t know, there isn’t the right word for the magic that was Jeff Maeck.
If you want someone who will make your ceremony pure perfection through his way with words - he’s your guy! The ceremony was touching, funny, charming and entertaining. He was by our side through it all and even helped with tips for our vows. His check ins were helpful to keep us on track and we felt like everything was taken care of.
Be forewarned tho, the man runs on red bull and charm!
Thanks for everything Jeff! You made our ceremony something incredible and memorable!
I’d like to add as well - our wedding overall, would not have been the best day of our lives without Michelle. She had an incredible way of keeping us on track, providing options for vendors, staying organized and giving us the chance to feel like everything was taken care of. By the time our wedding arrives I felt like we’d known each other for years and I knew without a doubt that she would make our wedding dreams come true!
I don’t know how she does it but I’m incredibly grateful to have had her directing the most perfect day of our lives!!!
She’s one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and it just so happens she’s the better half of Mr Jeff Maeck.
Do yourself the favour and choose these two to help make your day better than you could imagine! -

Vanessa and Emily were amazing! We planned our wedding in three short months and they helped a ton leading up to and the day of the wedding to ensure it all went perfectly. Great value, amazing people, SO grateful!! -

If you're going to splurge on one thing...
Make sure it's these guys!! Dan and I were married at the beginning of September, and people are still talking about our officiant. We were absolutely thrilled with the entire ceremony, and only have Jeff to thank for that! -

When planning my wedding, I initially thought hiring a coordinator was an unnecessary expense.... I was so wrong. I truly don't know what I would have done without Ace's help. From the first time we met her, she but us completely at ease and we knew we could trust her to make our day perfect.
She was so amazing on our initials calls and walked us through everything step by step making sure we were as organized as possible and didn't forget anything. She handled communications with all of our vendors and distributed our schedule ensuring they all knew where they needed to be and when.
She was there bright an early day of with Starbucks for me in hand ready to go. She kept everyone and everything organized all day and even ran home to get us more table runners when we realized we didn't have enough. We didn't have to worry about anything at all, we knew she had it handled.
She went above and beyond and our day wouldn't have been as magical as it was without her help! I cannot thank her enough!
If you're on the fence about getting a coordinator... do it. You won't regret it, especially if you have the privilege of working with Ace! -

We hired Maeck Wedding's on for our month of/day of coordination and oh my goodness, we are so happy we did. We had the pleasure of working with Alysha and Stephanie through the process. Both ladies are so professional, attentive, flexible, and so much more. Everything was perfectly planned and timed accurately. They were both able to calm me down through all my little freakouts and reassure me that the day of would be spectacular. It was. Stephanie was there the morning of, she picked up our florals for us and delivered them to us at the hotel. Stephanie was quick, hard working, and there for any thing we needed that day. She made sure that all the details were correct and exactly how we wanted them. I am so pleased with how both her and Alysha handled everything. Highly recommend this team! They truly were amazing. -

Aly at Maeck Weddings was an essential part of making our wedding the most incredible day of our lives. She made everyone at the wedding feel so secure in what needed to happen and when. She provided the perfect amount of direct instructions for the bridal party and all the vendors and she kept us all fed, on time and happy. I couldn't imagine getting married without her working tirelessly behind the scenes. If there's any piece of advice I'd give for wedding planning, it is to 100% get a day-of coordinator! -

When we were looking for officiants, we really wanted someone who would create a unique, fun but tear-jerking, and modern ceremony. My husband and I are non-denominational and we wanted things to really about us and our relationship with each other. We stumbled across Jeff because I was looking at videos of weddings that had been done at our wedding venue, and there was a clip of him speaking - I was immediately sold and googled him. We hired him for our wedding and he absolutely came through and made things SO special for us. Furthermore, he is so supportive, has a great sense of humour, and was there for us even for non-ceremony/officiant-related wedding issues throughout the pandemic. We ended up postponing our wedding because of covid and Jeff was one of two vendors we wanted to make sure was available for our wedding because we knew things would never be the same without him. He was planning on taking our new wedding weekend off for vacation with his family but changed his plans to accommodate us, which is just going above and beyond. Leading up to the big day, he sent us forms to fill out together and individually (secretly from each other in fact) and ended up using our responses to put together a beautiful ceremony that described how we met, our relationship, memorable moments, what we love, what annoys us but we love anyway about each other, and guidance on vows. We didn't have any readings, and we didn't need to - Jeff filled the entire 30-min ceremony with meaningful moments and love. People were definitely crying and laughing even before we said our vows to each other. If you are looking for an officiant who is charismatic, funny, and supportive who can simultaneously make your wedding romantic, tear-jerking, and unforgettable then Jeff is your guy!!
PS - Jeff, if you read this, numerous guests and other vendors commented that you look like a Hollywood celebrity and asked "how we got Ryan Reynolds to lead our wedding ceremony"! -
