We hired Timeless Event Services as our wedding organizer and day of coordinator and it was the best decision we ever made. During our initial consultation, Alanna took the time to understand our needs and how she can best support us. Given I am notoriously bad at planning and had no idea what we actually needed, Alanna created a plan for us that would best serve our needs. She was available to attend our final venue meeting and came prepared with questions to ensure that everything needed for the day was addressed. The seating chart, wedding detail and vendor listing package that Alanna created for the venue and all vendors was extremely detailed which ensured everyone was on the same page and knew what needed to be done so that my husband and I did not have to worry about a single detail. A week and a half before the wedding I became very sick. Alanna completely took over every single thing needing to be done from that point. She communicated with the vendors, made sure everyone was ready and organized and even limited her questions to me as best she could so that I could focus on getting better before the big day. When I say I had the most relaxing week leading up to the wedding, I mean it! I was in bed watching TV, not worrying about a single thing wedding related except getting better. When it came to the day of the wedding, again, Alanna took care of everything, if there were any hiccups, I was unaware. I had the most amazing morning with my bridesmaids and was truly able to just enjoy the day. Alanna and Timeless Event Services set up the ceremony and reception space, which were both beyond my wildest dreams (and even made the beautiful signage for both spaces, including seating chart).
Before the ceremony, my bridesmaids and I had a good laugh about how the wedding would have been a quite the mess had we not hired Timeless Event Services to coordinate the wedding. We are beyond grateful to Alanna and Timeless Event Services for making our wedding the most amazing stress-free day that we were able to fully enjoy from start to finish. I would hire Timeless Event Services again and again. I cannot recommend them enough.

Alanna was super organized and responsive! We had decided the month before our wedding to hire a coordinator to help execute the day. Alanna did not disappoint! She offered a 2 week package and got up to speed very quickly. She took note of all of our details and made sure they were included in our wedding day. Alanna is absolutely fabulous!! We hired her to do our signage, table settings, name cards and majority of decor set up, and she went WAY above and beyond. Not only was everything absolutely stunning, right down to the very detail, but she even stepped in and helped coordinate some of the logistics that had gone off track. Let me clarify that she was not our coordinator but Alanna jumped in and helped us out despite not being what we had hired her for. Talk about exceptional right?? She’s so detail oriented, very organized and always one step ahead of the bride! I can’t thank her enough for ALL of her support the day of our wedding, it truly would not have been as spectacular without her.
