Alanna and her team at Timeless Event Services (TES) are truly amazing! We hired Alanna for week of coordination. Her attention to detail and industry knowledge was beyond our expectations. She is so thorough, detail oriented and an overall wonderful person. Hiring her was the best investment for our wedding. She allowed us to live in the moment and enjoy our special day without worry about the details and timing of everything. If you are thinking about getting a Coordinator, stop thinking and hire TES! -

Best in the business!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Alanna and her team at TES. From the moment I hired her, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism. She listened to my ideas, offered suggestions, and turned my vision into something even better than I imagined. There were so many last minute changes, and she made it seem like the fixes were no problem at all.
On the day of, she was calm and truly cared about making sure everything ran smoothly. My guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was!
Alanna is genuinely passionate about her work. All day she looked like she was having as much fun as I was! She loves love, and she will go the extra mile to make sure you have a memorable, stress free wedding day.

Wedding day bliss!
Alanna was so great to work with! She was recommend by another one of our lovely vendors and I am so thankful that she was. She was so patient with all of my questions and gave great advice when I wasn’t sure which route to go. She created our name cards and guest menus, plus rented us our candle holders and table runners. Thank you so much, Alanna!! -

We feel so lucky to have had Alanna help us coordinate our wedding. Alanna went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly, and put out fires when needed. Any vendor recommendations, Alanna was able to help us find trusted vendors! She also created all the beautiful signs for our special day, as well as helping us set up the decor which turned out beautiful! Alanna from timeless event services was so great to work with! She was very professional and easy to discuss my vision with. She provided amazing advice and support during my wedding planning process and the day came together perfectly. She took alot of the stress away and made sure I enjoyed the planning process, and of course the big day. Not only did Alanna help with the planning, she coordinated all the vendors on the day of the wedding, created signage and table cards, and fully set up the cermeony and reception space. I highly recommend Timeless Event Services for your wedding! -
