We got married in late July 2025 and used Karin's complete wedding planning services to plan our dream wedding. We spent over 12 months selecting vendors, discussing our design vision, navigating complex logistics, and developing an in-depth itinerary.

Karin's greatest strengths lie in her strong organizational skills, breadth of knowledge of various vendors and wedding logistics, and incredible professionalism when navigating stressful and culturally sensitive situations (e.g., east-asian family demands).

On the day of our wedding, Karin was such a source of comfort. She prioritized our individual experience of the day (e.g., ensuring we ate, had time to recharge, and had fun), addressed any last-minute issues (which we didn't even discover until after the wedding!), and captured hundreds of moments through videos and pictures along the way.

My husband and I believe that hiring Karin for her complete wedding planning services was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding.

Karin was an organized and experience planner. While the overall experience we had with her was good there were just a few things that didn’t quite sit as right.

1) At times the communication felt a bit passive aggressive, especially when we would suggest alternatives to her proposed suggestion

2) There were also minor mistakes such as which side of the alter the bride and groom would face - where in our discussion we had indicated we’d like to face our parents but it was written as standing on the same side on the wedding timeline, which we didn’t realize til the day of the wedding. It didn’t end up being a big deal but was slightly off putting when Karin insisted that what was written was what we had discussed

3) We had a fairly simple wedding and it seems like she just wasn’t as interested in planning it compared to some of the more extravagant weddings she has done

Best day of my life was made better thanks to Karin. Everything was planned perfectly, all we had to do was show up and enjoy our day. Words can’t express how grateful I am to Karin and her immense knowledge. We’re still getting compliments from friends and family days after the event. Thank you Karin!

Karin is the best planner in the GTA. All the vendors we met love working with her, she is meticulous, organized, responsive but even more, she is an amazing person and so much fun to be around. She will make your dreams a reality and she will ensure your wedding is the best day of your life!

Karin made our dream wedding come true! My partner and I were completely overwhelmed when it came to wedding planning. We just didn't know where to start, what needed to be booked, what were reasonable prices, etc. Then we met Karin and she made everything a breeze! We were able to focus on our vision, and she found the right vendors to bring everything to life. She is unbelievably organized and such a dream to work with. My partner and I are a very indecisive couple, and Karin was always patient, but kept us on track. And on the day of the wedding, Karin and her assistant Christine truly went above and beyond to make sure we were stress free and could enjoy the day. The wedding was beautiful and we had an amazing time, so we owe a HUGE thanks to Karin and her team!!

Where do I begin? Karin blew us away the first time we met her, she brought along sample itineraries, documents, and emergency kit (which thankfully we didn't have to use!) to give us an idea of her thought process and how she goes on to planning/executing a wedding. We hired her for month-of planning. She was on top of things, extremely organized, responsive, and most of all, very patient during all the back and forths/changes that had to be made to our itinerary. Everything went so smoothly and stress-free that day - we are extremely thankful for all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is considering a wedding planner!
