She allowed us to be fully present at our wedding, no stress. I know this is her job, but she goes so far above and beyond. It's not just her work ethic, it's the love she has for the couples she helps... the energy she carries is so rare. We were so lucky to have Jas and cannot recommend her enough. This will be the best money you spend on your wedding - trust me.

Choosing Jasmine as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we could have ever made. We chose an unconventional way to cater our wedding, which meant more work for her. Some would have steered us toward the “safe choice” or the “easy choice,” but not Jasmine. She took on the challenge and elevated it.
She kept us within our budget, shopped around, found the best quotes, and clearly understood our vision. Her insight and wisdom made all the difference! We often met with her at the end of our workdays, tired—but Jasmine’s genuine excitement was contagious and always gave us a boost.

We had Daniella as our day of coordinator for our wedding and she did an amazing job! Her attention to detail, keeping things organized on the day and helping with all the small things was a huge help! She helped set up decor in such a beautiful way and I appreciated her checking in with me throughout my wedding day just to ask how I was with things. Also, Daniella is a lovely person and great to work with. Would recommend!

At the beginning, my husband and I weren't sure we needed a month-of coordinator. At the end, we're so glad that we hired one, and we're so glad that we hired Jasmine specifically. We had planned most of our wedding ourselves, but having her help in the lead up to the wedding took the pressure off and seriously reduced our stress.

Jasmine was so easy to work with and was supportive of our vision for our wedding day. We chose to skip certain traditions at the ceremony and reception and substitute in some new traditions of our own, and she totally helped us bring those ideas to life. She had helpful suggestions on decor and she created a day-of timeline that worked smoothly for us and the other vendors.

Jasmine helped us with the little things (steaming the wrinkles out of my train) and the big things (keeping cocktail hour running when there was a power outage at the venue). She worked collaboratively with all our vendors and helped saved the day so that my husband and I could focus on being present with our guests and enjoying our wedding.

I landed on Jasmine's Instagram page and it was easy to book a consultation video call. Immediately on our first call, I knew our personalities aligned and I could trust her to help me coordinate my special day. As a type A bride, I felt like on my wedding day, I needed someone I could trust to hand off all responsibilities so that I could have fun and enjoy my special day. That person was definitely Jasmine. Since I needed her for Day Of Coordination, we began to have weekly meetings a month before the big day. Jasmine has arranged all of the weekly meetings with lots of time to plan around my schedule and was flexible when we had to reschedule a few last minute due to a family emergency. Jasmine is professional, thorough and has an eye for detail and treats everyone with respect. She also has great taste, and was able to set up all of my decor EXACTLY how I imagined it. It was such a relief to have her at my wedding rehearsal because you can tell she has lots of experience and genuinely wants the bride and groom to relax and enjoy their special day. Throughout our whole wedding, we were on time and I can confidently say that it was the perfect day and it was all thanks to Jasmine and her team. The wedding guide that she creates for the couple is extremely detailed and organized and you feel like you're in great hands. I cannot recommend her enough, book her immediately if you have the chance. You will not regret it!!

HIRE HER! Thank goodness I hired Jasmine! She was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is literally a knight in shining armour. She made sure everything ran smoothly, was there for every step of the wedding. Did not leave until everyone else did. Helped with set up, clean up. Dealt with vendors. My ice cream truck didn’t show up and she dealt with angry vendors, and was just the absolute best. I am so grateful to have had her by my side. She was so sweet and kind and didn’t make me feel bad for texting her 500 different things. She’s just absolutely the best person you want at your wedding!

Jas did not show up for two planning meetings in a row. Refused to refund deposit when service cancelled. Proceed with caution.

We worked with Jas on our wedding. On and before our wedding day she was fairly attentive looking for vendors when one of our dropped out. Jas was accommodating in changing weekly appointments to meet our busy schedule. Unfortunately, the week before our wedding she missed our checkup without warning we had many concerns that she meeting without notification as with any couple a week before their wedding has lots of things to sort out. Later finding this was due to a death in her family which was unexpected for her but lacked the professionalism to notify us by looking at other reviews, of any of her clients.

On the day of our wedding it was challenging with our venue having issues, she did handle them well but did not come prepared with the latest information regarding when our bar was supposed to end so the hour extension the venue offered was 30-minute short. This caused panic and rage when the bar was closed as the DJ called for "last call"

Her attention detail to in the small this was off custom napkins left in plastic wrappers on our cocktail hour tables.

In communication with Jas, we expressed interest in getting an iPhone recording of our wedding. She offered to use her phone if we bring a tripod, this is something she stated she has done before. It has been over a month with multiple messages asking for said videos either met with I will send them by tomorrow or dead silence. It is unfortunate for us that we even need to include this into a review but I think this sheds some light on Jas's communication skills

We do appreciate all the effort Jas and her team put into the event. Reflecting back on our wedding a month later I am not sure I would recommend Jas to another Couple

We could never thank the team at Weddings By Jas for helping us to have such a stress free wedding day, as well as all the help in the final month of planning to really make sure we had everything covered. Kashish was our coordinator for the day of and we truly enjoyed our time with her so much. She was very fun and easy to talk to, and was such a big advocate for us on the day of our wedding which made all the difference. She insured our day ran smoothly and was such a support and problem solver through the inevitable hiccups of a wedding day. We also really appreciated decor set up and tear down being part of their package as it alleviated a lot of pressure from friends and family who already had a full morning of getting ready and photos. It also meant at the end of the night, we had a very easy time packing up our boxes and everything was accounted for. I would highly encourage everyone planning a wedding to hire their own coordinator, and Weddings by Jas is the best of the best!

Kashish was amazing—honestly, we don’t know how we would’ve managed the day without her. Our venue was on Toronto islands, so logistics weren't straight forward, but she helped ensure it all ran smoothly.

Throughout the planning, she kept us on top of all the little details and was always so positive. She made sure everything we wanted was included.

We loved having access to all the digital materials they provided, and Kashish was always there whenever we needed her.

On the big day, she was fantastic, keeping everything on track and making sure we were all where we needed to be at the right time.
