There are wedding planners, and then there is Jas: a true wedding fairy godmother. This amazing woman gave me and my husband the best day of our lives. She allowed us to be fully present at our wedding, no stress. I know this is her job, but she goes so far above and beyond. It's not just her work ethic, it's the love she has for the couples she helps... the energy she carries is so rare. We were so lucky to have Jas and cannot recommend her enough. This will be the best money you spend on your wedding - trust me. -

We hired Jasmine Summers Events approximately eight months before our Punjabi x Sri Lankan wedding at the Royal Ambassador, and within the first 10 minutes of speaking with Jasmine, we knew she was the person we wanted overseeing the day that mattered most to us.
Jasmine is the perfect balance of easygoing and firm. She is incredibly organized, an effective communicator, and her tech-savvy approach to wedding coordination just made sense to us—especially in 2026! From the beginning, she was very clear about her process, timelines, check-ins and deliverables, so we always knew what to expect.
Jasmine's coordination process really kicks into gear around the three-month mark, and when it did, it honestly felt like an angel had been sent to take the weight of wedding planning off our shoulders. She broke our planning handover into three separate one-hour sessions, which made what could have been an overwhelming process feel incredibly manageable. She came prepared, asked all the right questions, gave us guidance where we needed it as first-time wedding planners, and took a genuinely collaborative approach to bringing everything together.
We live in Fredericton, New Brunswick, while our wedding was held in Caledon, Ontario, so essentially our entire planning relationship with Jasmine happened virtually through video calls, Google Docs and email. Working with someone who truly understands how to use technology to create a seamless client experience was such a breath of fresh air.
Our meetings felt less like vendor meetings and more like catching up with a friend—they were always filled with smiles and jokes, and somehow Jasmine made the process feel effortless for us while she was working nonstop behind the scenes. As we got closer to the wedding, there were also several difficult conversations that needed to happen with vendors. Jasmine handled them professionally, advocated for what we needed, and simply came back to us with the results instead of making those problems ours to carry. Especially during the week leading up to the wedding, she created the buffer we desperately needed. We knew things were being handled, which gave us the headspace to actually focus on getting married instead of running around like headless chickens.
Then came the wedding day.
Planning and collecting information is one thing. Seeing Jasmine, Issis and Amreen actually coordinate an event is something else entirely.
There were a lot of things that went sideways between our morning ceremony and evening reception. Somehow, the bride and groom knew about almost none of them in the moment. 😂 Jasmine, Issis and Amreen worked tirelessly behind the scenes putting out fires, keeping vendors and timelines moving, adapting when things changed and protecting our experience of our own wedding day.
That, to us, is the greatest testament to an incredible coordinator. Problems are going to happen at weddings. What matters is whether the couple has to experience those problems—and because of this team, we didn't.
These women are truly battle-tested veterans of wedding-day coordination, and anyone who books them is in the absolute best hands. Their positive energy, calmness under pressure and genuine "we'll figure it out" attitude are unmatched.
What started eight months ago as a vendor-client relationship genuinely became a friendship.
Jasmine, Issis and Amreen—thank you. Things weren't always easy behind the scenes, but you delivered exactly the professional service you promised us and so much more. You allowed us to be present for one of the biggest days of our lives while you handled the chaos around us.

We booked Jasmine Summers Events for their event management and coordination services for our wedding in May, and could not be happier with that choice! Isis carried a calm and positive energy in the weeks leading up to our big day, answered all our questions with professionalism (even repeat questions) and made us feel totally relaxed on the day. It torrentially downpoured on the day, but Isis quickly came up with an incredible plan B—it felt like the indoor plan was the original one—and we were completely unaware if anything else went wrong. We also loved that Isis speaks Spanish as she was able to field all questions and concerns directly with our Spanish-speaking relativesj throughout the wedding weekend. We would definitely recommend Isis for event coordination for your wedding day! 10/10 she made our wedding perfect! -

For anyone questioning whether they should get a coordinator for their wedding, just DO IT, and you absolutely cannot go wrong with hiring Jasmine. Jasmine was instrumental to getting us organized for our wedding, we had only a 5 month planning window and there is no way the day of would have run as smoothly as it did without her. We were able to have the best time of our lives and really soak it all in. We really appreciated her attention to detail and general approach leading up to the wedding with regular checkins, she worked very well with our other vendors and venue, and when coordination issues came up, she took care of it. She is also a lovely human, she always made us feel comfortable and our friends, family and guests really liked her too. You'll be in GREAT hands with Jasmine. -

We first heard about Jasmine through a glowing Reddit review, and after meeting with her, we instantly knew she was the right fit. Over the course of several months, Jasmine guided us through our wedding planning journey with professionalism, organization, and genuine care.
She held multiple virtual meetings with us, helping us shape and refine our wedding vision. As we filled out her planning documents, she offered thoughtful insights and recommendations that clarified our ideas and streamlined the entire process.
Jasmine was always quick to respond and incredibly accommodating with scheduling meetings around our availability. She truly went above and beyond.
At our rehearsal, she put both us and our wedding party at ease, making sure everyone felt connected and confident about the next day’s flow.
On the wedding day itself, Jasmine executed everything to perfection. From the décor and novelty touches to entrances, timing, and transitions—every detail was handled seamlessly and with great care.
While we’re sad our time working with Jasmine has come to an end, we’re so grateful for the role she played in making our big day unforgettable. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, professional, and detail-oriented wedding coordinator who genuinely cares about the couple and their experience.

We cannot recommend Jasmine and Isis enough! From the very first planning call, Jasmine’s thoughtful structure and focus areas helped keep us on track and calm. She thought of every detail and gave us so many helpful suggestions along the way.
In the days leading up to the wedding, they went above and beyond — even at our rehearsal, rolling up their sleeves to help with setup and making sure everything ran smoothly. On the wedding day itself, they struck the perfect balance: checking in at just the right moments, coordinating seamlessly with vendors, and handling all the little details so that we could stay fully present and enjoy every second.
Thanks to Jasmine and Isis, we felt completely taken care of, and our day was everything we envisioned — authentic, joyful, and stress-free. So many of our guests commented on how magical and fun it all was, and we know that’s in huge part thanks to their care and attention.

The best!!
We hired Jasmine and her team for ‘day of’ coordination. She should be the first vendor you hire! The flowers, the band/dj, the special drinks—none of it matters unless you have the freedom to enjoy it without worrying if you’re on schedule, if the sound in the venue is working, if the groom lost a button etc etc etc. Jasmine and her team take care of it. She is organized, calm, quick to laugh, and very invested in what she does.
The pre wedding check ins also helped keep us on top of our to do list, provided helpful suggestions and insight, and she made a super comprehensive wedding guide that we could share with vendors, family etc. It’s truly not just a ‘day of’ service. It’s more of a ‘I want to enjoy and be present for the day of my wedding’ service. We are SO grateful for Jasmine and her team. -
