Our Month-Of / Day-Of Coordination Package is perfect for couples who have taken the lead on planning but want peace of mind knowing that every detail will come together seamlessly.
We begin working with you four months before your wedding with monthly check-ins to review your progress, offer guidance, and identify any gaps or final decisions that need to be made. About four to six weeks before the wedding, our team steps in fully — confirming all vendors, finalizing timelines, reviewing floor plans, and managing logistics so nothing is overlooked.
On your wedding day, we handle all the moving parts — coordinating vendors, managing the schedule, and ensuring everything flows smoothly behind the scenes. You’ve done the planning; now it’s your turn to be fully present and soak in the joy of the day.

Everything on our day went according to plan, which is very rare and definitely a result of all Saima’s hard work leading up to and on our wedding day. From the beginning, we had weekly calls and Saima helped us create a shared spreadsheet to track the seating plan, to do list, and wedding timeline, among other things. There were some items I had never even thought of until Saima came along. It definitely gave me peace of mind to have someone that’s gone though this many times before since this was my first time :)
On our wedding day, Saima was there bright and early to deal with vendors and make sure everything went according to the timeline. She then stayed until late in the night to see the vendors off and pack things up for us to take home.

As the founder and lead planner of Blush & Bliss Weddings, I specialize in designing and coordinating weddings that are elegant, personal, and seamlessly executed.
My approach is all about connection. I believe every couple’s story deserves to be reflected in their wedding — from the way you met to the moments that define your journey together. I take the time to understand your personalities, priorities, and vision, then translate them into meaningful details that make your day feel uniquely yours. Whether it’s an intimate celebration or a grand affair, my goal is to create a wedding that feels effortless, joyful, and unforgettable — all within an attainable budget.
When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll find me exploring local restaurants in search of the next Insta-worthy treat. I’m a big foodie, an avid traveller, and love discovering new cities with my husband and kids. (Destination wedding? Count me in!)
