Faye was so lovely to work with. She was able to help us plan our wedding in four months, and it turned out to be everything we ever hoped it would be. She was so helpful, and whenever we had any questions, she was so easy to reach. Faye recommended the best vendors, and it helped make our day even better. Wedding Day of Coordinator
Faye and her team were absolutely extraordinary at helping my hubby and I plan and execute our special day the way we wanted and planned for it. Without Faye and her team our special day wouldn’t have ran as smoothly as it did. We never noticed if something went wrong, Faye was there to take care of it and to make sure the stress wasn’t put on us. Her and her team always checked in through the evening to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and that everything was going according to plan. Our day went seamlessly thanks to Faye & Events Your Way!
I am so happy that we hired Fay and her team to be our Day Of coordinators. My main motivation was for decor set up but we got that and so much more. Faye picked up all of our decor from our hotel and brought it to the venue and set everything up. She was able to make changes and adapt on the fly. Everything looked amazing. It was such a bonus that she was worked so many weddings at our venue and already knew the food service manager and was able to work with them on the timing of everything. Our flowers got stuck in traffic so she called our florist, got an ETA and ran the flowers over to where we were taking pictures when they arrived. She worked with our MC (a friend) and all our speakers so they knew when they were speaking and that took a lot of stress off of them. At the end of the night all our decor was packed up neatly and waiting us just to grab our bags and go.

For the coordination services we worked with Faye and she is the real deal! She’s got confidence but no ego, and executes without any gimmicks or excuses. I had been fairly organized throughout the wedding planning process so what we really needed was the support the day of, someone to trust to handle setup with vendors and help rounding up groups of people throughout the day so we and the guests could focus on having a great time. Specific tasks like working out the timing for the girls’ hair and makeup - I had asked Faye for last minute help setting that up and she did so without hesitation. As a customer it was up to me to let Faye know when I needed something, but at the same time Faye seemed to understand our needs - she just gets it.
As a decor setup team, we had a decor request that was unconventional and needed a tall ladder. We were rejected by 10+ vendors before we found Faye who was incredibly professional, working directly with the venue (probably asking the questions I didn’t even know to ask... keeping it behind the scenes as a coordinator should, while communicating just the right information to me). We’re so thankful to have found someone who would step up and thank you for the support the whole day! The team at Events Your Way are true professionals!
