We had a phenomenal experience with Faye and Kyri with our recent wedding. They took the time to understand the vision, were very collaborative with our other vendors and made the day so smooth and seamless. Faye has a very calm, positive demeanour and put everyone at ease from wedding party, the family and guests. I am SO happy with how our day turned out, it was truly the wedding of my dreams and I attribute a lot of that to Events Your Way making sure I could be present and enjoy the day, instead of worrying about execution and timelines.

From the moment I had my first phone conversation with Faye, I knew I was in amazing hands. Not only was she already familiar with all the vendors I had booked, but she also assured me that she'd be the point person for any issues—keeping the bride and groom blissfully undisturbed on their special day, which is exactly what I was looking for!

Her professionalism was apparent throughout the planning process, as she patiently navigated through my billion emails and ever-changing plans with grace and efficiency. Faye's attention to detail is unparalleled, a trait that manifested even in last-minute changes, such as when we had to remove a table due to a last-minute cancellation. She took it in stride and executed it flawlessly.

Faye's also took care of setting up all our signage and decor to perfection. Every vendor that interacted with her had nothing but praise, echoing our own sentiment that we'd made an excellent choice in having her a part of our special day.

Faye's partner Kyri deserves special mention. Just like Faye, he was attentive to every little detail—from helping me with my bustle to ensuring I looked impeccable as I walked down the aisle. Together, they make an exceptional team that you'd be remiss not to include in your wedding plans.

Faye is beyond amazing! I had been doing all the planning for my wedding on my own, but knew there was no way I could do everything on the day of. I was searching for a day/month of coordinator and after just one phone call with Faye I knew I was choosing the right person for the job. She was helpful, organized and calmed all my worries. Things only got better as we got closer to my wedding day. She had the whole day planned out in advance so my wedding party and vendors all knew what was happening when and where to be. By the time I arrived at the venue it was all decorated and looked like my dream come true! All I had left to worry about was getting my vows right, and she made sure I had those ready and right where I needed them. I recommend her to every bride I talk to. My day would not have been the same without her and I cannot thank her enough. Her hard work truly made my dreams come true!

Kyri and the Events Your Way team are incredible! When I first started considering a day of coordinator, I wasn’t completely sure if it was going to be worth it, or what I should be expecting. I had an initial consultation call with Faye and she was so helpful! She was incredibly patient and talked through their process, what they could do to help, and really listened to what I was looking for. I am so happy that I decided to book their team! Leading up to the wedding, we had a great meeting with Kyri and Faye and they walked us through all of the information that they needed to make sure our day went smoothly. They are so knowledgeable and detail oriented, they knew to cover topics that I may have never thought to even consider in advance! They were so kind and really made me feel like I could reach out to them with any questions. I was so impressed that they were available for support not just on the day of the wedding, but in the weeks leading up to it as well. It really helped me feel less stressed to know that Kyri and his team were there to help and had everything under control. They were a big help putting together a great schedule for us and getting in contact with our other vendors on our behalf to confirm the last details the week of the wedding. We decided to have a rehearsal dinner, and it was great to have Kyri there. He introduced himself to our wedding party and parents, letting them know they could come to him with any questions or concerns. It was great to feel so supported and definitely made me feel confident that he would help make the wedding go smoothly. For our wedding day, my husband and I wanted to do a first look, but also knew we would not get access to the venue to start setting up until a few hours before the ceremony. Kyri and Kimberly took care of all of the set up for us, allowing us to have the first look that we really wanted. I knew I could trust them to make the venue look beautiful, and when we arrived, they had made it look more beautiful than I could have imagined! They were such a great team and made the rest of the day go so smoothly! They took care of so much in the background, that my husband and I just really got to enjoy our day instead of dealing with the little details. They checked in with us throughout the day at just the right moments, making sure they were always available if we needed them. If you are on the fence about a day of coordinator like I was, let me say that it was absolutely worth it! The Events Your Way team is incredible and played a big part in making our wedding day amazing!

Faye was an integral part of our wedding and it wouldn't have been so successful without her! She always kept her cool, was prepared for anything that came up, and really gave it her whole effort to make sure that we didn't have anything to worry about on the day of. She learned the ins and outs of our whole wedding plan and executed things exactly how we had hoped. As part of this experience, she helped us with a Chinese Tea Ceremony, 5 wedding games with 16 participants, and provided extra help with sourcing transportation. Thank you to Faye and Kyri!

I had the pleasure of working with Faye and her team on my wedding day. She was absolutely amazing! She reached out six weeks before my big day to take over all contact with vendors. She also provide me her cell number to make communication very easy! She came to my rehearsal and took my favours with her to keep them safe and make sure they arrive on time on my wedding day. On my wedding day she showed up while I was getting ready to say hello then went straight to work in the venue to make sure everything was perfect! She took care of all the little glitches we had and made sure I was calm and had food and water and whatever else I needed. She was such a blessing to have present on my wedding day! I couldn’t recommend her and her team enough!

Faye was so incredible in setting up and coordinating everything day of. She kept everything on time and dealt with anything that popped up day of!

My husband and I are so happy we found Faye, Kyri and the team! Kyri was our day of planner, and everything was executed perfectly! He truly thought of everything, from grabbing my bouquet when I had left it at my seat for the grand entrance, to making sure the flower girl had a coat after walking down the aisle (outdoor ceremony in October!) we are so grateful to have found such an amazing team!
