Best wedding coordinator in the GTA⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Faye and Kyrie were absolutely amazing as our day-of coordinators. I got married in August 2025, and from the moment the day started, I truly felt like I had a friend by my side that I could fully rely on. Faye executed everything perfectly every detail, every timeline, every little thing I didn’t even have to think about. Because of her, I was able to actually enjoy the day and be present instead of stressed. I can honestly say she went above and beyond, and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone without hesitation. She is truly the best. ❤️❤️❤️ -

Faye and her team are considered part of our family now as she has done multiple weddings for us and she continues to amaze! She was always quick to respond and offered fantastic ideas for any questions or concerns. The weather was a challenge for us on the big day but she came shining through with umbrellas, something we had just forgotten in the craziness of the day. We cannot recommend her highly enough. We have had so many compliments from the day especially on the friendliness and professionalism of Faye and her team. No request was too small. We could not have done the wedding without her. We worked with Faye as our month of coordinator and we could not have imagined our day without her! From the very beginning she was very professional, took all the stress off my plate and made sure that everything was organized leading up to the day. On the day of, she put me and my whole family at ease, taking care of anything we needed, doing an amazing job setting up all the decor and making it a dream day for us!! My husband and I got married two weeks ago, and I met Faye through various friends'/family's weddings. Faye was so supportive from day one. Her price is fair for what she's doing - and it's not just event support, there's emotional and metal support too haha!
Up until our first meeting with Faye, I was concerned about missing things, but each conversation made us feel better and better about what was going to happen. She was flexible to our schedule and was extremely personable.

I couldn't have gotten through my wedding day without Faye. With an insane storm on the day of our outdoor wedding, Faye was able to keep me calm, along with our guests, and wedding party, and pivot when we needed to. She is beyond organized and gave me the opportunity to enjoy my special day without having to worry about anything! Beyond grateful, thank you Faye! -

A Surprise Wedding
We reached out to Events Your Way while looking for a wedding coordinator who would partner alongside us and bring our vision to life. When we first met with Faye we explained we’re having a surprise wedding and she was one of the only wedding planners who was actually interested in helping us execute our vision. She was attentive throughout all the meetings and was very helpful with suggestions, especially in how to transition from a wedding shower to a wedding.
On the day of, Faye and Kyri helped us coordinate our surprise wedding flawlessly, transforming the venue in a short amount of time and paying attention to the little details; which was important to us because all our decor was DIY.
We got married on a long weekend, and there’s things which were out of our control, however Faye and Kyri helped us navigate it and focused on us enjoying the day.
What started out as a simple wedding shower turned into a beautiful surprise wedding!
