  Absolute professionals from start to finish!

  Our day ran flawlessly thanks to Kyri and Jessica. As a highly neurotic and detail-oriented organizer, I was worried I'd get caught up on logistics and not enjoy my day. But with the EYW team on-site, I got to sit back and enjoy the amazing party we'd organized.
  
  From setting up decor, cueing us to begin the processional, pulling out umbrellas when it started to rain, ensuring speeches were on time, handling a dress malfunction, all the way to making sure all our decor was packed up by last call, Kyri had everything handled.
  
  Do yourself a big, big favour and hire EYW for your wedding. It was some of the best money we spent on our big day.

  The absolute best!

  Hiring Faye to help with my wedding planning was THE best decision I made throughout the entire planning journey. I could not have done any of it without her! She was very present from the very beginning with vendor recommendations, attending appointments, giving advice, and everything in between. She took a huge weight off my shoulders and made the entire year of planning the smoothest journey for me. She truly cares and has her clients best interest at heart.
  On the big day, I did not have to worry about a single thing. She was ahead of the game the entire day. A true blessing - Faye, I couldn't thank you enough!!!
  I will miss working with her, but I am sure we will cross paths again for future events!!

  A stress free wedding

  I met Faye at my best friend’s wedding where I was a bridesmaid and not even engaged yet at the time! I knew I had to have her apart of my day. That same year, I was in two weddings. One that had a day of coordinator and one that didn’t. What a huge difference between the two. If you have the day of coordinator you won’t even know if things were to go wrong/are late etc…. Which is the last thing you or your bridesmaids/loved ones want to deal with. You should enjoy the day without zero worries. If you are unsure if you should and you are reading this, go with Faye!!! You won’t regret it.
  
  Faye and her team were very organised. They created our time line, reached out to secure times and contract details with all my vendors . The weeks up to my wedding were, quite literally, stress free because she had it all under control.
  
  The day of our wedding they made my dream come true! Our venue looked better than I could even imagine. If there were any concerns I was not made aware of them. Throughout the night it was important to us to get the party started at a certain time and they were moving everything along. All my vendors passed along how kind and organised Faye and Kyri were.

  Highly Recommend

  Faye and her team were extremely professional, timley, and organized. We had a wedding with about 100 guests and 5 vendors. We hired Faye for day-of coordination, but she was available to answer all of my questions for many months leading up to our wedding. On the day of, she ensured everything ran smoothly, gave us, our MC, and DJ all of the necessary cues, and confirmed everything was in its place before she departed for the night. She was fantastic to work with, realistic and quick to solve problems. Will definitely be recommending her to our friends and family!

  The Dream Team

  I cannot thank Faye and Kyri enough for all they did for our special day, it was more perfect than I ever could have dreamed of. From my very first call with Faye, I knew that she was the right choice.
  
  The entire day was absolutely flawless. My exact vision was brought to life, and the night flowed so well. It was the most magical night and we are so so happy that we chose Events Your Way as our coordinator. We had the absolute best time. Our day was entirely stress free and it is absolutely because of them. Their attention to detail, the precision in executing the timeline, and managing of any hiccups (and I'm not even sure if there were any!) meant that we were able to be fully present for our wedding day.

  Couldn't have done it without her

  Faye was an integral part of my sister's wedding day. As a first time MC, bridesmaid, and sister to the bride there were a lot of moving pieces that I was anxious about missing. Thank goodness Faye was there, she was punctual, communicative, and really made me feel like if I missed something, she would be on top of it. She even helped me workshop one of my introductions at the last minute when I realized I forgot to write down my intro for the bride/groom speech.
  
  All of our speakers knew exactly when their time was coming up, and she queued the walk down the aisle for all the wedding parties perfectly. We also had to re-jig the lineup when our buffet service took longer than expected, but she was all over it! It was a breeze!

Faye also attended our rehearsal. Her communication is always very clear and kind, but she can command the room when needed to get my rowdy friends to pay attention and be where they need to be. She’s also just a pleasure to have around on your big day! Bringing great vibes. For our wedding we didn’t get the venue until g3pm and the ceremony started right at 5, but they managed to get all the decor setup within that short window of time! I would highly recommend hiring Faye to anyone who is having a wedding.

  10/10 best decision we made

  Faye was nothing short of a blessing on the best day of my life and leading up to it. She was always extremely attentive and professional. Faye managed every little detail and made the entire process much less stressful and allowed my husband and I to focus on us on our special day. I would recommend her to everyone I know and do not know as a coordinator
