Dreamwed is a TICO-licensed (#50019593) destination wedding planning company in Vaughan, Ontario. We plan luxury destination weddings in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and India, mostly for couples based in Toronto and the GTA. Our specialty is South Asian weddings; Anand Karaj, Hindu, Christian, symbolic, and legal civil ceremonies.

Founded in 2024 by planners with 10+ years combined in the wedding and travel industry. We hold direct group contracts with Air Canada, Sunwing, WestJet, and Air Transat, and we're an active vendor for Hard Rock Hotels, Palace Resorts, Grand Palladium, Royalton, Paradisus by Meliá, Dreams, Hyatt Ziva, Planet Hollywood, TRS Hotels, UNICO 20°87°, Le Blanc, and Princess. Your planner, plus a team you'll never need to chase

You work with one planner from your first call through the day your guests fly home. Behind your planner is a team handling the back-end group flight contracts, resort negotiations, vendor sourcing, guest concierge. You don't have to brief them, follow up with them, or even know their names. You email your planner. Your planner moves the team.

Vendor sourcing in each destination

Florists, photographers, videographers, decorators, DJs, mehndi artists, dhol players. We've worked with the regulars in each region long enough to know who shows up and who doesn't. For South Asian wedding weeks, we sequence Mehendi, Sangeet, Haldi, ceremony, and reception so the days link instead of feeling like five separate events.

Group flights and accommodations

Direct group contracts with all four major Canadian carriers mean we can book your guests on dedicated group fares, usually held with a small per-person deposit so guests don't lose seats while they decide. On the resort side, room blocks are priced for your date range and locked in before public rates are set.

A guest portal that does the work

Every Dreamwed couple gets a personalized wedding website with countdown, RSVP, and a guest-side travel booking flow your guests book flights, transfers, and room upgrades through one branded portal. You shouldn't have to be the middleman between your aunt and the airline.
