Based in beautiful Vancouver, BC, Will Kwan Photography is a wedding and lifestyle photography company. Owner and operator Will loves to capture the chemistry and intimate bond shared by couples. From the initial engagement session to the wedding day, he will capture all the emotions and details of your experience so that you can remember them for years to come. Will understands the magnitude of special events like weddings and the pressure couples feel on their big day. Therefore, he ensures that his clients are at ease and interacts with them to learn about their love stories. As a couple, you’ll feel so comfortable with Will that your images will show you relaxed and truly enjoying yourselves.
Services Offered
For 2023, Will offers six hours or less of wedding coverage, with engagement sessions available as an add on. All wedding packages include fully edited and non-watermarked, full-size images. In addition, images are delivered via digital download and an online gallery so your images are yours to keep for generations to come. The following additional services and items are also offered:

Just wonderful
Well well first and foremost I just wanted to say I was really happy that I picked him as my wedding photographer. He did an amazing work and we can’t stop looking at the pictures , I am a photographer myself and I’m very picky on shots I like BUT man oh man my wife and I love the pictures. I would recommend him to anyone who wants good photographer and to capture they’re moment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great photographer
Will was a wonderful photographer; we couldn't have asked for more. He was completely open to our suggestions, but also provided lots of helpful advice on what sorts of photos would work, different poses, etc. The included engagement photo session with Will was a great way to get to know him and do a trial run so that on the wedding day we already knew each others' styles and it felt extremely natural and comfortable. We really enjoyed Will's calm, professional style, and overall he's a great guy to deal with. The photos turned out great, and the value was excellent. Thanks Will!

Would definitely recommend working with him. You won't regret it!
Will was fantastic! He picked us up, was super friendly, gave great direction to us for our bridal photo shoot and he was very generous with his time. He picked beautiful locations for the photos which all turned out looking amazing. On top of that, Will dropped us off as well afterward in rush hour which was far out of his way. He was wonderful. Would definitely recommend working with him. You won't regret it!

Professional and Competent Wedding Photographer
I found Will online during our search for a wedding photographer. Both my fiance (at the time) and I reside out of the country and Will was flexible to accommodating our schedule. Like many couples getting married for the first time, we had no idea what to look for, nor how best to evaluate a photographer besides price and our overall assessment of his prior work. I will say that our pictures came out wonderfully (just see for yourself), his pricing scheme is very reasonable and he was very accommodating to our ever changing schedule. However what really sets Will apart is his expertise and advisory throughout the planning process and during the day of. His guidance and recommendations on different shots gave my wife and I angles and sets that we simply wouldn't have thought of. Weddings can invariably become chaotic especially with the post ceremony lineup. Will and his team are firm and adept at ensuring that the best shots are taken within the allotted schedule.
I would recommend Will to anyone looking for a professional and competent photographer for their wedding.

Will was by far one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!! He was responsive and communicative throughout the whole process, and he put us at ease right away. We held a Harry Potter wedding, and not only did Will embrace our theme wholeheartedly, but he had many helpful ideas and suggestions to take our theme to the next level. He was always open and willing to work with us on our ideas, and he went above and beyond our expectations for both our engagement shoot and wedding day!
Will is calm, flexible, and personable; our guests all loved him, praising his efficiency, as well as his accommodating, non-intrusive style. His composure and mild demeanour definitely helped keep us calm and focused during what could have been a very stressful day. We are so pleased with how our wedding photos turned out--Will captured great shots of all our guests and decorations, and even made sure to set aside time to get some special shots of just us two as well.
All in all, we could not recommend Will enough!! He helped us so much in ensuring our special day was a success! ^_^

We hired Will to be our photographer because he came highly recommended by the hotel where we were having our wedding. From the very beginning Will was extremely responsive and helpful in responding to all the questions and concerns regarding photography at our wedding. Although we were overseas whilst planning our wedding in Vancouver, he was more than happy to have a Skype call with us to plan out our photography session and was always ready for a phone call at any time. During our wedding he was very attentive and really made both my partner and I extremely comfortable which allowed for our photos to come out looking really natural and beautiful with some really great candid shots of the bridal party. Although it was raining on our wedding day and we could not get any outside shots, William did a fantastic job in utilizing the beautiful settings within our hotel for some really wonderful indoor shots. Overall, William is a really talented photographer and we were really happy with his services and absolutely love all our wedding photos!!

I'm Will, Husband, Father, Photographer and Storyteller. I love my dog, I love to travel and I love photography. To be able to document the relationships we have and the couple starting a new stage in their life is an amazing experience.
When it comes to wedding photography, all I care about is getting the best photos for you possible. Right from the start, you get everything you need for beautiful, comprehensive wedding photography from online galleries for sharing to full resolution images delivered on a custom USB drive. When a client tells me "This is the first picture I've ever had of my parents and I looking so happy!" I feel like I've done something that matters.
My experienced team and I will guide you through your day to ensure we capture the images that are important to you and create new ones that you never knew you wanted!
