My fiance and I used Lisa at Wedlife Photography for our wedding. She was fantastic to work with in every way. We first met with her almost a year prior to our wedding after a friend referred her to us when we had already gone through half a dozen other photographers we didn't like. She agreed to meet us at our place which was a first for us as we had been running all over down just prior to meet with photographers. Lisa showed us her portfolio and some online galleries she had just done of other weddings. We really liked her artistic style which was different from many of the other photographers we met with. She then went through her packages with us and when I couldn't find a package that met all the things that were important to me on my wedding day, Lisa created a package specifically for us which matched our needs and our budget. I should also mention that her prices are much more reasonable then many of the other people we met with considering the type of pictures she takes. By the end of our meeting both my fiance and I knew she was the photographer we wanted. She didn't put any pressure on us to book with her at the end of the consult. I told her we would get back to her but before she had a chance to put her shoes on at the door we had already made the decision she would be our photographer. From the wonderful 'engagement shoot' (I just loved the pics we got) to the amazing wedding photos, we couldn't be more pleased with our decision to go with Lisa at Wedlife Photography. My husband and I when we were dating always said we wanted the best photographer when we get married. We wanted someone who was easy to work with, that we had good communication with, who understood what we were looking for and who wanted to do their absolute best at making our photos truly memorable. Lisa and Brent at Wedlife did just that!

Lisa was the most kindhearted, hardworking person we met during our wedding planning process. She took the time to hear what we wanted, what our budget was, and made it all happen!! Our wedding day was long, and hot, and Lisa and Brent busted their butts to make sure we got amazing photos.. and we did! :) I would like to take this time to thank Lisa and Brent from the bottom of our hearts for their dedication, professionalism, and above all, for the hard work that they pulled off on our special day.

From the moment my fiance and I sat down with Wedlife Photography and Video we knew we wanted them to be part of our day. They accommodated our schedule with a late evening initial consultation. They provided us with a thorough presentation for both photography and video. They answered all of our questions and when we wanted to change the photography packages to suit our needs, they did without any hesitation. The decision to book a photographer and videographer was one that we took seriously, as we knew the money we would be spending was a large portion of our total budget on those services. We researched and met with a number of top photographers in the city before choosing Wedlife. We were amazed by the quality of their work, how it was so artistic and beautiful yet the prices were more affordable then many of the other photographers we met with. We were able to use our budget to include a beautiful modern coffee table book that Wedlife offered, which was 1/2 the price of what we had looked at with another photographer. We had an 'engagement session' included with our package which I must say was so much fun. Our main photographer took us out to an old abandoned farm yard and then to a cool warehouse where she took the most amazing pictures of us. We knew that our wedding pictures were going to be great. On our wedding day both the videographer and two photographers were fantastic. They were fun and very professional. They met and beat all of our expectations and more. When we received our photos we were speechless. There are so many breathtakingly beautiful images of my husband and I that we had a difficult time deciding which of them to display on our walls. The wedding video was awesome. The first time I watched it, tears came to my eyes. Wedlife was able to capture all of our special moments as well as create beautiful memories for us to cherish for the rest of our lives. We can't thank Wedlife Photography & Video enough! I found Lisa and her team to be incredible!! They did wonders with my wedding photos! I fall in love with them everytime I see them!!! Excellent people, excellent work!! The one thing I forgot to make sure was to tell them to get certain people in more photos, my parents and my inlaws...there are good photos of them but on one of the functions there are hardly any..but that is my fault I should have specified that..over all work is excellent and photos are incredible!! I highly highly recommend Lisa and her team for any one!!! AWESOME!

We spent a lot of time meeting with various photographers, checking their portfolios and asking them questions about their particular style. We met with only those photographers that had websites that looked professional and who had the type of style we were looking for. Price was less important to the style and quality of the type of photos we were looking for. We were willing to pay as much as necessary to get the right photographer who would be able to document our day as well as provide us with photos that would be breathtaking with an artistic flair. We went to check out Wedlife Photography & Video and met with Lisa Chapil the owner. She spent almost an hour with us, answering each of our questions professionally and confidently. She put are minds at ease right from the moment we met her. At the end of our consult she didn't try to pressure us into making a decision on the spot like many of the other photographers we saw tried to do, in fact she told us to take our time and ensure that whoever we choose to photograph our wedding, we should feel completely comfortable with. We left that evening and went home but we both knew she was who we wanted to shoot our wedding. I called her the next day and booked with her... a decision I am so happy I made because the pictures were absolutely beautiful from our wedding day. Lisa and her assistant were so professional yet totally friendly, laughing and making jokes throughout the day. Everyone felt at ease with both of them. We were provided guidance when we needed to pose for a shot, but most of the love that she was able to capture in the pictures between Jay and I, was during candid un-posed moments. With our photo package we received our high resolution files from the day and two albums with 500 4x6 prints which were in various tones such as color, sepia, black and white and we received some other custom work that we didn't expect or paid extra for. The package was so nice that it has made many of my friends very jealous because they didn't get half of what we received included in their wedding photography packages but I guess that's because they didn't go with Wedlife! I highly recommend Wedlife for their professionalism and quality and style.
