We were thankful to work with Alyssa and Kendra for our wedding. They immediately put us at ease from the moment they walked in. Their friendly, happy and bubbly demeanours made nerves of the wedding day fade. Alyssa continually reminded me not to apologize and to say what I wanted, but I didn’t really need to as they were so organized and took charge so we really didn’t have to think about too much. They made the whole day seamless, working with our other vendors and planner to keep us on schedule, capture all the details, and leave no shot unturned so to speak.

What was really special for us was for every emotion we felt on the day to have been captured in the various shots. Looking back on the photos, every emotion I felt in the moments come rushing back just by looking at the photo. They truly captured such beauty, such special moments, and the love we have for each other and our family and friends.

The Whistler Wedding Collective was really helpful and understanding when our wedding was first postponed from 2020 because of covid. When we decided to go ahead with our wedding in 2021, they were willing to be flexible to work within the covid restrictions and deal with the rainy weather we had in late October. Despite the challenges, they still managed to capture absolute beauty.

We were recommended by our planner to hire the WWC for our photos and video and it was the BEST decision! We had Jessika for our photos and Andi for our video, and we just got on so well with these amazingly talented women. We got to know Jess before the wedding through the engagement shots (i have never laughed so hard!) and Andi was such a joy to talk to on the day of the wedding! The whole process was well managed, with lots of great communication from Anastasia and she made it really easy for us to decide what packages we would want. The photos and video were ready super quick, so we could share them with our friends and family! Whenever I look at the photos/video now I just smile thinking of what a great day it was, but also how much I enjoyed spending time with Jess and Andi, they made the whole day really fun and easy and comfortable (especially for people like me and my husband who are not at all used to being photographed/video-ed!) All I can say is: Hire the WWC, you'll be delighted at all stages of the process!! Happy wedding!

Alanna was fabulous! We had our wedding at a campground with all of the guests and wedding party camping onsite. It was informal with very little planning and structure, so we needed a photographer that could go with the flow, didn't mind smelling a bit like campfire and was easy to work with. Alanna fit all of those. She found great photo locations at the campsite so we didn't need to leave unless we wanted to, and managed to angle shots so that tents weren't in the background. Alanna kept the posed, formal photos to a minimum, which is exactly what we wanted so when we received the photos back they reflected the day instead of people lined up with smiles on. We also received compliments from our guests about how chill our photographer was. I'd highly recommend this group!

Whistler Wedding Collective recently photographed our wedding. Alyssa and Kendra were beyond amazing - my partner and I are notoriously uncomfortable having our pictures taken generally, and so we were honestly considering not hiring professional photographers for our wedding. I am SO glad that we did. Alyssa and Kendra put us completely at ease, also they are hilarious, and so easy to have around. They ensured we got all the pictures we wanted, kept our champagne glasses full if we needed it (very key for two nervous picture subjects!) and were lovely additions to our wedding! Alyssa also went above and beyond and texted me some special moments she witnessed as she was photographing the wedding (ones that may have otherwise been forgotten/missed), which was invaluable.

Anastasia was not only an amazing photographer but she gave us the best advice for our wedding and it all came from the heart. We really appreciate all she did for us and we are in love with our photos. Highly recommend hiring her for any photography

Had an excellent experience with The Whistler Wedding Collective. Communication was great and everyone was on-board and eager to help with our delays and ever-changing plans (covid!) Alyssa was so much fun to work with and we are incredibly happy with our photos. Would definitely recommend these ladies!

One thing we took away was the energy from the WWC on our day, happy, energetic, humorous. They created a space for my husband and I to be authentic and captured organic moments for us to remember. They gelled well with the other vendors on the day which just created the day to run more smoothly. With only email as being our contact to arrange from all the way in Australia I never had any doubts or nerves about what to expect, there was just a sense of familiarity.

Working with Anastasia and her team on our wedding day was so much fun. Her team was so friendly and easy to get along with, it was just like having more of our friends there. They were professional and yet made us feel very comfortable. Nothing but positive things to say about her and her team. Such amazing , talented photographers.

I was nervous to have cameras pointed at me, I was nervous for “all eyes on me”, I was nervous for a videographer to notice all the mistakes...
The Whistler Wedding Collective made all those nerves disappear! Everyone was so lovely and kind! As the photographers started to show up and start snapping I actually felt relaxed. This group of professionals captured such beautiful moments. After seeing the first few photos and sneak peeks of videos I fully understand the importance of having professionals for special moments. I kept thinking ‘we look famous!’ ‘It looks like it’s out of a magazine/movie’.
We had a lot of cameras pointed at us, but it truly didn’t feel that way. The team would pop out from behind a tree, or peek over a bridge - they ran around getting every angle and from what we have seen so far....oh my gosh, SO special! We can’t wait to see more!
