Whistler Wedding Pastor is a business in Whistler, British Columbia and owned by Jeremy Postal. An ordained Christian minister, Jeremy also serves as a licensed Whistler wedding officiant. He officiates ceremonies at all locations, be it in a luxury hotel, while crossing the Peak2Peak gondola, lakeside in one Whistler’s many parks, or a helicopter accessed at sunset on a mountain peak. Jeremy is also open to service weddings abroad, such as in Mexico, Australia, Figi, or any other place.
Services offered
He offers two packages for prospective newlyweds that include, (1) the Custom Whistler Wedding package and (2) the Elope in Whistler package. Each package is tailored to perfectly suit the couple’s needs and tastes. It includes the following services:
- Unique and fine crafted wedding ceremony
- Full editorial control over the wedding ceremony
- Unlimited phone and email access
- Travel up to 100km
- All legal procedures and a copy of the completed marriage license
- Ceremony consultation
- Rehearsal
- Elopements are intimate weddings that can take place at any location
The Elope in Whistler package includes the following services that future newlyweds can take advantage of:
- All legal procedures and a copy of the completed marriage license
- Informal, relaxed, Whistler-style time and space to enjoy the moment
- Simple and intimate ceremony, if requested
- Travel up to 50km
- Access to the company’s preferred list of local wedding photographers
Jeremy offers counseling services along with customized vows. He covers all types of nuptials such as civil unions, interfaith ceremonies, non-religious events, rehearsals, single religion ceremonies, and vow renewals. It also covers several religions, some of which include:

How they work
Jeremy officiates only 12 nuptials per year. He begins with a consultation with the couple where he gets to know them and answer all their questions and concerns. Passionate about performing unique ceremonies, he will create an event that tells the love story of the couple and will be remembered for years to come.

I found Jeremy on Instagram, he was amazing! We had out elopment with him he brought us to the coolest spot where part of the scene from shooter was filmed (we watch it later and was very cute going omg that's our spot). Jeremy also surprised us we a rock from our ceremony location

Exceptional, our dream wedding!
Jer pulled off the best pivot and change of plans ever!! Our helicopter elopement got cancelled with only 24 hours notice due to weather but Jeremy worked MAGIC - a surprise ceremony with close friends and family in a setting that was so us was even better than we could have ever planned. We cannot thank Jeremy enough for making our day so easy, stress free and perfect. He was calm throughout the whole process, walked us through every step, and was super responsive whenever we had questions. Can't wait to see all the magic he continues to create

Remarkable Wedding Pastor - Jeremy for the win!
Jeremy at Whistler Wedding Pastor was incredible throughout the entire process. His genuine and caring nature shone through when communicating with us and our guests. The best team you could ask for
Jeremy, Candace and the whole team at Whistler Wedding Pastor were so great to work with! They made our elopement more amazing then I could have ever imagined! I'm still in absolute awe with everything. They took care of everything and it was completely stress free!

Would recommend Jeremy a thousand times over
Nick and I knew we didn’t want a traditional wedding. We wanted an intimate wedding with our families and close friends, surrounded by the mountains we love. But we had little idea of how a wedding ceremony works and how to make our wedding vision a reality.
Jeremy was wonderful. He helped us find the perfect location, he guided us through the celebration preparation and vow writing process thoughtfully and really made sure that our ceremony reflected who we are, and it was perfect!
We knew getting married in the midst of a pandemic would mean sacrificing some of our original plans. However as the plans constantly changed and the stress levels rose, Jeremy shined even more! He really helped us through this incredibly stressful time.
Jeremy played a huge role in making our wedding day perfect! We are beyond grateful for finding such an incredible multifaceted officiant and we would recommend him a thousand times over to anyone in the market for an officiant.

Helicopter Wedding Bliss!
We had an amazing Wedding day and couldn’t recommend Jeremy enough! It was my ideal wedding, a stunning location away from it all, on top of a mountain covered in snow but with the sun shining down on us - topped off with the amazing helicoptor ride there and back! Jeremy did all the work organising everything from picking us up from the hotel to flowers, pictures and dinner booking. He made it hassle free and fun. He also got us an amazing photographer, Steve, who did a great job putting us at ease and of course providing some great shots of the day. Want a magical wedding in a stunning location? Hassle free? We had a destination wedding in Whistler & when Jeremy suggested our first meeting to be at the Dublin Gate (the Irish pub) we knew he was our man! Upon meeting him you are immediately comforted by his manner as he talks to you to figure out who you both are, about your relationship, and as he walks you through the process of marriage. We had Skype calls which made us even more comfortable leading up to the wedding. Once in Whistler we had the rehearsal, which again he took us aside to really ground us to the emotions and reality of what the next day were to bring. The wedding day was absolutely magical and his ceremony was was beautiful. He is so passionate and truly amazing at his profession. We could not recommend him enough.

We highly recommend Jeremy! His experience and warm personality made our special day perfect. He helped us coordinate our venue, photographer, reception, arrange our ceremony, and write our vows. He was always available to answer our numerous questions, and now we're looking forward to our upcoming marriage counselling sessions with him.

Everyone expects their wedding day to be the best day of their lives. Unfortunately for some, through the stress and chaos and cost of planning a wedding, the true meaning of why you've chosen to spend forever together gets lost. Because of this, my fiance and I decided to elope. We couldn't be happier that we made that decision.
As I sit here and write this review, not only for Jeremy as a professional but also for the service he provided me and my now-husband, I can truly from the bottom of my heart say that thanks to Jer, our wedding day truly was the most magical, most beautiful, most stress-free, most amazing, most memorable, and most perfect day of our entire lives.
Jeremy took care of everything for us; all we had to do was show up, dressed and ready with our rings, vows, and marriage license. He arranged an absolutely unbelievable photographer. He ordered and collected our flowers. He suggested and arranged an unparallelled picturesque and serene ceremony location. He officiated a beautifully spoken, intimate, romantic and perfect marriage service. He arranged our supper at the best restaurant either of us had ever eaten at. He was charming and lovely and absolutely surpassed our expectations.
The decision of when and how and why to marry is deeply personal and individual. Thank you, Jeremy, for embracing our why, and our how, and our why. Thank you for facilitating our fairlytale. You have a gift and it is apparent that you love to use it. We will forever speak highly of you and of the magic that you created for us on our wedding day.

Jeremy did a great job of capturing the spirit of what we wanted for our ceremony – relaxed, quick and lighthearted. Prior to the ceremony, we had a meeting with him on Skype to discuss our ceremony since we do not live in Whistler, and were very comfortable after the meeting that it would go smoothly. We requested that he incorporate Disney references and a silly dinosaur poem into the ceremony, which he did beautifully without it being too cheesy. He was very professional, easy-going and we would recommend him to other couples.
