Hiring Crispin as our photographer was the best decision we could have made. He was an absolute pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding and on the day of.
Crisping captured moments that were so precious without me even realizing there was a camera so close to us. He had such great energy but was discreet at the same time, a great combo.
The pictures he took tell a story, when we look at them it reminds us exactly of how we were feeling at that moment. We can re-live our wedding day over and over!

Crispin is amazing!
My husband and I hired Crispin (and his lovely wife!) to shoot our wedding in Whistler. We are so incredibly happy with the photos and have received a lot of compliments on them. One of the reasons we chose Crispin was because we loved how his photos captured the colour and the 'life' of his subjects and the background. We really wanted our photos to be vibrant, but also natural looking and really show off the beauty of Whistler. This is exactly what we got. Our wedding was in March and yet the trees look so vibrant and green!
We love all of the candid shots Crispin. So many beautiful photos of our family and friends that we will cherish for years to come. Everyone looks so happy and that's exactly what we were hoping for!
Most importantly, Crispin was a pleasure to spend the day with. My husband was nervous about having two photographers following us around but afterwards, he said he hardly noticed they were there. It was so nice to just feel comfortable and relaxed. We never felt like we were having to pose a lot, Crispin managed to capture the best photos when we were just laughing and enjoying all of the special moments of our wedding.
Finally - Crispin was incredibly fast at getting our photos back to us! We only had to wait two weeks, which is a pretty amazing turn-around time for wedding photos!

Our photos turned our gorgeous! I don't actually enjoy having my photo taken and Crispin was there to get all the shots but in such an non intrusive way, I forgot he was there sometimes! Which in turn produced natural photos, exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend working with him.

After seeing Crispin's amazing body of work, we thought he was perfect for what we wanted to capture on our wedding day. Both of us wanted a more observational approach to the pictures, not wanting the traditional style of wedding photography. As most of our guests would be flying in for the ceremony, for us the day itself was more about capturing the enjoyment and coming together of everyone there, rather than just all about 'us'. We were lucky to also have a stunning backdrop in Banff for the ceremony, which we also wanted to feature heavily. After an initial talk with Crispin, we knew we were in safe hands!

On the day of the wedding Crispin and his wife Priscilla buzzed between people and locations capturing everything perfectly and their calm, tranquil presence made it all the more easy for us and our guests to enjoy the day. Their advice and creativity was invaluable and because of that we have a beautiful wedding album and some amazing memories.

We just got our photos back from our wedding and we are blown away!!! Crispin did an amazing job capturing the moments in a natural way that makes the photos so authentic and memorable. He also helped direct us into some great shots that we would not have gotten and he went the extra mile throughout the whole process. Highly recommend working with Crispin!

Honestly, the time spent with the Cannons was one of the best parts of our wedding day. They were very relaxed and made us feel very comfortable. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Priscilla and Crispin are a dynamic duo of photographers. Their natural, un-staged and unscripted approach results in beautiful imagery that captures the mood, scenery and depth of the moment in a way that can bring your senses back to that exact moment. We are not the photographic type, and not once did we feel awkward, uncomfortable or forced during our elopement shoot. We would highly recommend the Cannons Wedding Photography!
