Taliah is amazing to work with - she made us feel comfortable, she was encouraging, she was accommodating...everything you want in a vendor/partner on such an important day. Our whole wedding party loved her! Would not even hesitate about booking, she's perfect and worth every penny :)

My husband and I got married at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach in Cabo on 11/6/2021. After we secured our date I reached out to Taliah and one other photographer. Both photographers had a similar style but after chatting back and forth with both I knew Taliah was the one. She was very responsive, quick to give suggestions if needed, and has the most genuine heart. My wedding planner was MIA for half of my wedding day. Taliah and her husband Dustin went above and beyond keeping everyone on schedule and organized. Our wedding photos are beautiful and turned out better than we could have imagined. We can't recommend Taliah and Dustin enough!

I found Taliah from looking at photos online from my wedding venue and kept noticing that I gravitated towards her photos. I knew that I wanted her as my photographer and cut to two years later my dream came true. Taliah shot my wedding last month in Cabo, Mexico at Sandos Finisterra and the teaser photos she has sent are everything I hoped for and more. She was professional, easy to work with and the pictures speak for themselves. I had reached out to several other photographers as well, just to see prices/style options, and I found Taliah’s prices to be very competitive and well worth the money spent. All around I am one very happy client!

My fiance and I hired Taliah for our destination wedding in Cabo planned for 11/21/2020 and were originally so excited to work with her. Unfortunately, my fiance and I had to make the tough decision to alter our plans due to COVID-19 and the impact to the safety of international travel / passport processing. When we rescheduled our wedding, Taliah was not available for our new wedding date and it was the only wedding date the venue we found had available -which was totally out of her control. Taliah also notified us that even if she was available, she is not allowed to photograph weddings in the US due to certain work visa requirements. Basically no matter what, unless we rescheduled our wedding to be in Mexico at a later date, there was no way she was going to be able to film our wedding. My fiance and I have family members attending our wedding that are older/high risk and we just couldn't imagine a time within the next year that they would feel comfortable traveling to Mexico, so postponing to a later date in Mexico really wan't an option for us. I expressed all of this to Taliah and how much losing 50% of our wedding photographer budget due to the deposit we had paid her would impact our ability to book another photographer for our rescheduled wedding date and she was so cold/heartless throughout the entire process. It was honestly like talking to a completely different person than the person I talked to when we decided to book her, and the phone call left me in tears. I understand the premise of a deposit and that by planning for our date she potentially could turn down other work - but she was already booked to do another wedding in Cabo on 11/20/20 so unless another bride needed her for 11/21/20 in Cabo, she would have technically been booked for that weekend already. Also, by no longer having my date, she could open up that weekend for other brides rescheduling to Fall. I mentioned even just receiving a portion of our deposit back as a refund and how much that could help us in paying for a new photographer and she completely shot down that idea and continued to be cold, calculated, and rude. I understand that this is a hard time for both brides and vendors in the wedding industry, but I was completely shocked by her lack of empathy and understanding in handling brides impacted by COVID-19. I would never recommend her to a friend and am absolutely devastated by my experience with her.

Taliah is an incredible photographer. I got married last weekend on Quadra Island, BC and Taliah did the photography (yes she travels). Not only is she an amazingly talented individual she is so much more than a photographer. She was calm, cool, collected, organized, thorough, sweet and made both myself and my husband feel SO comfortable. She has an incredible eye for locations and is very professional. When I was first planning my wedding I read somewhere that if you're going to spend money on your wedding it should be on your DJ who creates your memories and for your photographer who captures them. I could not agree more. My only regret is not choosing a bigger package to have Taliah stay longer. If you're humming about spending the money on Taliah I say DO IT but moreso do it for the full day and the maximum amount of time that you can possibly afford. You will NOT regret it. At the end of the day these memories captured are what will hang on your walls, be discussed for years and be passed down for generations to come. We love you Taliah and cannot wait to continue to work with you and have you document our lives moving forward. 10/10 would recommend Taliah Leigh!

Taliah was absolutely amazing to work with! She knows what she's doing and you can tell this is truly what she was meant to do, she's so passionate about her job and delivered OUTSTANDING photos to us. She captured every right moment from our wedding and more. Our wedding photos (and day after wedding photos, which I highly recommend to do with her) were some of the BEST photos I've ever seen and I'll forever treasure them. Our friends and families were also agreed! The only problem I'm having is deciding which photos will go up in our house—there's so many beautiful photos to choose from!! I found Taliah through hours and hours of searching for a photographer on Instagram. When I stumbled on her page, I instantly fell in love with her style. Taliah was able to work with my budget and come up with a package that worked for us. From the moment I reached out to her to the moment I received all of my wedding pictures, Taliah was amazing to work with. Even during the crazy busy wedding season, she was prompt at responding to emails and text messages. She was always professional and easy going with any last minute changes to the day. During the wedding, there were moments that I forgot she was even there. She captured moments that I don't even remember her being around for. She has this ability to capture the rawest emotions in a moment and can make a mediocre setting look spectacular. My husband and I felt relaxed and comfortable around her and my friends and family have not stopped raving about her pictures. Many people have said to me that they are the most beautiful wedding pictures they have ever seen. I would recommend Taliah to anyone looking for a wedding photographer, you will not be disappointed.

I couldn’t say enough great things about working with Taliah. The 2 that stand out the most are she has the warmest personality ever! She makes you feel comfortable the second you meet her. I wish we had more time with her throughout the night but she captured so many moments that you forget about until you get your photos back. I actually found Taliah through friends in our little town and she photographs the gym I go to. Again, she is professional, warm and will make you laugh for the most natural photos. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Taliah is THE MOST talented wedding photographer I have ever seen. I am SOO thrilled we chose her to capture our special weekend. She made us feel so calm and reminded us to enjoy the moment. She captured every single moment and made them into life-long memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Our guests absolutely adored her as well. She was professional and friendly and fun- everything we could have hoped for and more. If you want beautiful photos that represent your love and all the fun that was had at your wedding, do not hesitate to choose Taliah. You will not regret it. From the moment we had our first call, I knew she was the one. She elevated the entire experience and made everyone feel at ease. SHE IS THE BEST!!

I am writing this review just a few days away from my one year anniversary as it is long overdue.

My husband and I live in Ontario, but were originally planning our wedding in Mexico. COVID was still happening at this time and I expressed from the beginning that if we were unable to proceed with our destination wedding then we would be getting married in Ontario. Taliah knew that regardless of our plans, I wanted her to be our wedding photographer.

Taliah was so understanding and accommodating and always offered her support throughout the whole process. We ended up moving our wedding to Ontario and only had 3 months to plan. Taliah created this wonderful calendar of her availability for COVID brides who were switching their dates to avoid constant back and forth.

Since the timeline of our wedding also changed, she allowed so much flexibility with changing the package that would best fit our new wedding plans. This was so greatly appreciated.

The wedding day:

I met Taliah for the first time on my wedding day and she fit right in. I did not notice her during my ceremony or reception and she was fast and good at directed family, friends and the bridal party when it came to photos. She was so respectful of my wishes and was able to pick up when I was uncomfortable with certain things and she remembered to pose me on my good side (a true blessing).

I was SO nervous to receive the photos because I had such a specific vision in my head. When we received the preview photos (very quickly), I shed a tear. They were beautiful and her talent was so evident. She captured what I wanted perfectly as I had expressed I still really wanted the same light / airy vibe that comes out in her destination wedding photography.
