Monica photographed our wedding at the Azuridge and she was amazing!! She is professional, organized, efficient, personable, and takes phenomenal pictures. From the moment we reached out to Monica she was very responsive and seemed happy to answer our questions.

The portrait sessions with the wedding party flew by, and even people who typically don't like getting photos (groom and his entire party) had a great time. The photo session with family members was also great - Monica requested a list of family shots we wanted beforehand and this made the process of getting family photos very efficient. Everyone got the pictures they wanted and still had time for cocktail hour!

Monica also knew the venue really well and suggested we take pictures in a variety of locations and poses. While we appreciated the variety on the day of just for a change of pace, we realized the importance of this when it came time to pick photos for the album. Having a wide variety of locations, poses, and shots kept all of the pictures interesting.

We had Monica for the full day and she captured every moment perfectly. Not a single moment was missed, from getting ready photos to our first look, all the way to our first dance. We had a great day and Monica's photos will help us remember every moment

Monica was a great photographer. Day went on without a hitch. We left it to her and she took care of everything we wanted plus more! The photos turned out fantastic. Her and her 2nd shooter both stayed extra time to ensure they got the photos they wanted to impress us. You can tell that they both took passion in the day. You could see them having fun and were excited when shooting. Highly recommended!

Monica is unbelievable to work with. I can't say enough good things about her. Monica shot our engagement photos and our wedding photos. She made everything so easy. One reason we chose her was because she helped to guide us on how to pose (as we are both kind of awkward when taking pictures), so this took the pressure off of us. On my wedding day, even if she didn't know it, Monica helped to keep me calm, with her calm and easy going demeanor. She was more than a photographer to us: for our winter wedding, she gave me her sweater before I made the trek in the cold to our ceremony site, she thought to bring 'hand warmers' for my mittens for when we were taking pictures, during our ceremony, she captured AMAZING pictures, yet I was so unaware she was even there, she was able to successfully and efficiently wrangle my crazy family for family pictures and we were done fast so that no one had to freeze in the cold. Not to mention, she is hilarious so all our smiles were guenuine :) Monica provided us with 'teaser' pictures for our wedding reception we were having a few days after the wedding, and all of our wedding images came back SO FAST. We were blown away by the quality of the pictures. All of our family and friends were so impressed. Needless to say, I would recommend Monica as a photographer over and over again.

Monica was professional, warm, punctual, confident and very easy to to get along with. She was always quick to respond by email, which I loved! Something I also really appreciated about Monica was how well she communicates with her clients about times when she might not be available to respond for a short period of time (say, 24 - 72 hours). I felt like she was really open and transparent about her style, and the way she works as a photographer. If I ever had particular requests, or needed to just talk something through/ bounce some ideas off of her, she was always 100% willing and so helpful. She goes above and beyond to make the engagement photos, the wedding day and your finished product exactly what you want it to be - she even helped me out after the wedding when I was downloading the final photos and was having some issues on my end with my computer, by finding a creative way to get the highest resolution photos, into my hands and onto my computer.

When we initially set out on our quest to find the perfect photographer for our day, we searched high and low and did some serious research. The market is full of really talented photographers, and we were having a really hard time making that final decision. When I found Monica however, I just had a totally comforting feeling and felt she did such a great job separating herself from the rest. I loved how her editing style (specifically related to lightness and brightness versus a darker style) was actually right in the middle! It was natural looking and professional and you could tell her work came from an experienced photographer.
Something about how timeless her style was, just made me feel confident that in 20 years, I would STILL love our photos! Her website was so professional and full of information, she was quick to respond to our questions, and what really sold me was hearing how long she had
been photographing for. Hearing she had been doing this for over 7 years, and had “seen it all”, making her prepared for both the best and the worst case scenarios (in terms of weather, wedding day hiccups, etc.) gave us all the confidence we needed. My husband and all of his groomsmen adored her, because she made it comfortable and relaxed for them - In fact, much to my surprise, my most favorite photos she took were of all the guys getting ready in the morning! She had us all laughing from start to finish, and we absolutely love all of our photos (including the ones from the engagement session). It was a long search for the perfect photographer, but I am so grateful we chose Monica!

Monica was absolutely amazing to work with! We felt like friends right from the beginning! She got to know us through conversing, and our photos truly reflected how well she knew us and what we liked! She captured the most important day in our lives with thousands of gorgeous photos, that we hold very dear to our hearts! And wedding photos have taken over our home because we have soooo many favourites. Monica was also super fantasitic and accomodating with are very large wedding party - 14 and made time to capture shots with just my husband and I! Monica from Red Bloom Photography was amazing with everything from choosing our package to doing our engagement photos and of course our wedding photos. She was always willing to answer any questions I had and was super helpful for setting up the logistics of our wedding day to make sure we would have enough time for all of our photos. She was exceptionally well organized at both of our photo shoots, and we moved through the often time consuming family photos quickly and easily. I love being in front of the camera, but my husband does not, so I was a little worried how he would do taking photos all day (normally he says his cheeks hurt from smiling for two seconds). Monica was so sincere and gave great direction, so it helped us both feel at ease. My whole wedding party could not stop raving about how not just comfortable they felt, but how FABULOUS they felt getting these photos taken. We chose Monica at Red Bloom Photography to be our wedding photographer as we seen her amazing work done at our good friends wedding that we were part of the wedding group. We had her do our engagement photos which my husband and I did not have much experience with the camea & were nervous and awkward going into our photo session, but Monica immediately had us feeling comfortable and more at ease in front of the camera with giving us great direction. At our wedding which was a destination wedding in Mexico, was extremely organized and had scoped out our resort days prior to get a feel of where would work best for our photos. She moved through the day quick and effective, which the end result was unbelievably amazing.
