Hey there! My name is Kaitlyn, some call me Kai. I'm 27 on Earth Day, which is my favourite because I am a total child of Mother Nature. Owl Eye Photography is my baby! I aspire to be everything that makes up of who we are by simply being myself!

- I live in a cottage with no cell phone reception in Kananaskis
- LOVE to travel!
- I pretty much binge watch anything that has to do with vikings, witches, mystery and drama!
- Oh, I don't drink coffee - my energy is through the roof! Tea all the way!
I'm currently working towards getting my level 4 as a dual Ski/Snowboard Instructor through CASI & CSIA. As well, my guiding courses through IGA to become a photography tour guide.
My biggest dream is to have an add on Backcountry All Inclusive Service where I will guide my clients and host workshops into the deep woods of the Rockies. I plan on teaming up with some local companies to add diverse activity within water rafting, horseback riding, cave touring, helicopter adventures, and alpine activities + more.
You may find me as a photographer instructor at artsPlace, Canmore. I do host private sessions and recently started a YouTube channel to curiate more of my teachings and art!
I shoot on a Canon 5D Mark iii, Pentax Z70, Polaroids, Nikon D7100 and learning how to fly Drones.
Creative Portrait is my hobby as it holds the Fine Art true to itself. I like to think I am alright at photoshop, as I have spent many long hours creating images from images and beyond!
Video editing is pretty neat to and I got some gear to help me curate short films to add more of moving vibes for my clients wedding day!
Essentially when it comes to cameras, photography, film - COUNT ME IN!

Sharing things I’ve learned along the way inspires me to impact people lives in a positive way. For me, it’s all about planting seeds of love along my journey.
I absolutely love being invited to capture moments that mean a lot to people, gifting them with an experience to reflect back on through the years. I look forward to creating sacred art with intention and contributing to the world in this way.
Hey I'm Sean and I was born in New Brunswick; however, spent my younger years learning and growing up in beautiful British Columbia. I graduated from BCIT with a diploma in Marketing Management (professional sales option) and went on to sell products and services for the industrial sector.
Eventually my career path led to relocating in Alberta where I fell in love with the mountains and decided to make it home. Inspired by my surroundings, I began to focus my time on wildlife photography which led me to meet new people and open the doors for new opportunity.
After connecting with Kaitlyn Hoover (Owl Eye Photography) I finally had the mentorship needed to achieve these goals; with new skills, and positive leadership I quickly went from an assistant to lead photographer in no time.
Currently, I am the owner of Murchadh Marketing which provides online solutions for small businesses looking to improve their SEO and overall digital presence. Continually working on my photography skills, I look forward to future opportunities, as well as the challenges that come along with them.
