Do not book with this vendor! Tyler was non-responsive leading up to our wedding. We had arranged to pick up our rental items from him on Thursday (wedding was on Sunday), however he was "unavailable" that day and stated he would deliver everything to our venue on the day of our wedding. On our wedding day he delivered half of the rented items 30 minutes before the ceremony began, and failed to deliver the other half without any explanation. Thankfully our wedding planner was able to arrange for an alternative rental. It took Tyler multiple days (and many calls and texts) to finally arrange for pick-up of his items and to reimburse us for the rental items he failed to deliver as well as for the additional rental costs incurred due to his failure to provide the booked items. I highly recommend you do not book with Defining Decor and instead go with another vendor.

I knew right away that Tyler fit our style; elegant, classic, and high end.
The decor turned out even better than envisioned. We received so many compliments during and after the wedding. The Defining Decor studio is well presented and worth a visit if one is still not sure. The price was right for the services and quality of items provided.
