I’d reached out to Pooja a couple months before my wedding with a stringent budget which is a stumbling block for most creators , but she was very helpful and understanding and tried to accommodate as much as she could within my constraints. She is not only a dedicated professional in that she came to our location in the outskirts of GTA not once but twice to explain her vision to us and incorporate all our ideas and desires, was prompt and flexible, creative with attention to detail; but she’s also a lovely human to meet- warm, kind and positive. Discussions with her were free and open, at no point did I feel unheard.
On the wedding days, the team worked at setting up our decor at the crack of dawn and completed it with minimal supervision. There were no glitches, and I’m grateful for their effort and smooth management- any bride knows the stress and work that goes into planning their wedding day, and when vendors are independent and efficient with their work, it offloads a great deal of micromanagement that would otherwise have been required.
