Amazing experience, beautiful work!
During COVID when your entire original wedding plan gets cancelled the last thing you want is stress from your vendors, Tommy was far from it, he was so helpful.. the day of the wedding the team did an AMAZING job, i was blown away by the flowers, all of the decor.. it was exactly what I wanted. Outstanding business and excellent decor
We hired Jack and Jill to do our decor and florals and from our first meeting we knew Jack and Jill was going to be our vendor. Tommy handled all of the details beautifully. After hearing our vision and asking all of he necessary questions, he put together not just an estimate but a set of PowerPoint slides outlining what our set up would look like. Worth Every Penny!
I had an extremely positive experience working with Jack & Jill. Tommy, the Marketing Director, was my contact throughout the wedding planning process and he always replied to me quickly and professionally. He was very patient and helpful whenever I changed my mind on the decor I wanted - even when I wanted to add a wall of lights behind the head table 3 days before the wedding. The decorations themselves looked even better than I had envisioned! I did not expect that the take-down at the end of the night would be the service I was the most grateful for. When it was time to clean up at the end of my wedding night I was so tired I could barely keep my eyes open. I can't express what a relief it was that I didn't have to worry about packing up any of the centerpieces or linens.
