As a bride that has to plan several moving parts for one big day, Dave and Mariya were able to take all the stress of all the decor off my shoulders.
They not only communicated with me for several MONTHS to ensure that they met our needs for the decor, but they also helped me budget, provided accommodations so that I would have everything that I dreamed of having at my wedding, and were extremely helpful when suggesting things (as I didn’t have the best idea of what kind of exact decor for the venue). I cannot recommend Dave and Maria enough. They truly made our wedding a scene from a fairytale with drapery, candles, and much much more!
They are such an amazing team - coming to the venue to take pictures and gather information prior to the wedding and even invited us for a MOCK UP so that we were able to be 110% comfortable in the decisions of items that we chose and confident that they would be able to execute our dream.

Additionally on the day of - Mariya had brought extra decor for me, knowing I was working on a strict budget, because she just wanted to make my day beautiful. That is something I will never forget and will always be thankful for her and Dave to really put their hearts into the wedding set up.
It was amazing to see their efficient and professional set up and take down, to not disturb anyone and to tell me several times ‘we have taken care of it - don’t stress don’t worry.’
I don’t think there is any competition when you have a team this strong, caring, experienced, and professional to take care of one of the biggest days of your life.

We contacted viva events to help us with our large Christmas event. They came to the site to take a look, we discussed my vision for the event and they set the ball into motion right away. We used their "day of coordinator" services, and it was money well spent. They handled everything, smoothed out any wrinkles in coordination, made sure all the vendors arrived and gave me the time to enjoy the event instead of running around all evening. The quality of the rental furniture was excellent, and they were incredibly efficient. We will be using them again next year for sure!

Mariya and Dave were fantastic to work with and delivered above and beyond what we were expecting for our wedding. They were quick to respond, flexible, and gave great recommendations on decor. Their professionalism allowed my husband and I to solely focus on the event, without needing to stress about any of the details. I can't recommend this company enough!

Responses were very quick and always within 24 hours (even on weekends!) Services included a site visit and mock up session, which was super helpful to see the different decor options in person with respect to textures, colours and details. We so appreciated being able to get a glimpse of the vision coming together before the big day. Mariya's thoughtful suggestions were indicative of her attention to detail and great taste, a plus for indecisive folks like us. Flower arrangements were of high quality with a striking resemblance to real blooms. We were able to reuse some of our church ceremony decor as table centerpieces at our reception venue. Small floral accents were also added to our welcome sign, seating chart, cake, guestbook and head table to complement our decor theme. All of these little details made walking into our beautiful reception venue feel like a dream come true.

Viva did am excellent job with our wedding decorations! I really liked that they did a mock up of our decorations a few months before our wedding. It was great because we were able to see what they had and how they put things together and we were able to make some changes so that everything was perfect for the wedding. I don't think any other decorators do this. They were very responsive to emails whenever we had questions or concerns. We got answers right away. They were lovely to work with. They even helped us tie ribbon bows for the guest chairs even though we didn't rent these from them. They also helped us put together a welcome table last minute. Our wedding venue looked amazing!! I would highly recommend viva for wedding decorations!
