View more Her team was there right on time - the decoration and chairs looked beautiful. Everything was picked up on time the next day as well. The chairs, lanterns, votives and aisle runner from Chair Flair added to our day being so wonderful. I would definitely recommend Chair Flair.

We hired Chair Flair for our wedding in September, and the process was so simple. Shannon met with us to discuss what we wanted, showed us some of her linen samples, and the rest of our communication was done via email. View more and they took care of the set up and take down of their products, and set up the extra decor that we brought in ourselves (for a nominal fee). When we arrived, everything was ready to go and despite us keeping the decor simple and minimal, the venue looked fantastic! Thank you Shannon and the Chair Flair team!

Shannon and team were amazing, and truly saved the day! We were running into issues with Special Events Rentals, and 1 week before the wedding, we had to switch vendors. Shannon was extremely responsive, great selection, competitive prices, and customer service was top notch! ... View more notch!! My biggest and only regret (from my entire wedding planning process), was that we didn't go with Chair Flair from the get-go (only because I was lazy, put off décor till the last minute and didn't shop around). I have since recommended Chair Flair to friends and co-workers we are getting married because they truly are the best!! They truly saved the day, we ended up getting even better quality linens, and everything looked amazing! Thank you so much Shannon for everything, especially accommodating us last minute. We hired Chair Flair for our wedding this July in Calgary. Shannon met with us for a consultation early on in the planning process. She listened to our ideas for theme and colours and made great suggestions for linens, chair wraps, and candle holders to bring it all together. We ... View more ended up with pink sequin linens and table runners, and champagne chair wraps, which were so amazing and looked great in our venue. As the planning progressed, I contacted Shannon several times to add things and bounce ideas off her. She provided prompt responses and always had great suggestions. We opted for the extra décor setup and take-down packages. So worth it! I was blown away with how beautiful the room looked and so were out guests. The take down at the end of the night was well worth the extra money. We really liked the Event Core group as we were able to co-ordinate Chair Flair taking down the Sugar Cube setup, which saved us some money and stress. They have a show room which we found was great to help us visualize. Prices seemed good for the level of quality and service that we received. We did have some minor concerns with the response time of our emails as we got closer to the day. In the end, everything did come together beautifully. We would highly recommend Chair Flair.
