I just had to share how amazing Chair Flair was for our wedding! Shannon was the best! super helpful and quick to respond. She totally nailed our design vision!

We were really stressed about whether to have our ceremony indoors or outdoors because of the weather. We asked Shannon a few hours before what we should do, and she said, "Of course, keep us posted and we will accommodate whatever you need." It was such a relief to have her support, especially since we didn’t have a coordinator.

The whole Chair Flair team was so kind and accommodating during setup. They even wiped down the acrylic stands that got a bit wet from the drizzle after the ceremony, making sure everything looked perfect for the reception.

The decor and flowers were gorgeous! everything was top-notch quality!

We hired Chair Flair to provide the decor for both our ceremony and reception. It turned out exactly how I wanted it. The decorations were beautiful and we received a lot of compliments. The days leading up to the wedding were stressful with some last minute changes/costs once our venue and Chair Flair connected but Shannon was really helpful. They worked together with our venue for set up and take down. We did have some of our family help out with the set up/transition so if you have a day of coordinator/wedding planner that will make it even easier for you.

Shannon at Chair Flair helped us to bring our vision to life with her beautiful rentals and tasteful eye. We contacted her since she had worked at our venue before and was familiar with the space. Overall we were thrilled with the décor that her and her team provided on our wedding day, but a last minute setup change added a lot of stress. We had booked our venue for 5 hours the day before mainly for Chair Flair to come set up for the ceremony (and thereby our rehearsal), and were very clear about that throughout the entire process. The day before we rented the hall, I was told they weren’t given confirmation from the hall (even though I had told them multiple times) that we had rented it, and they instead took another client for setup on this day. If I had been told that they required venue confirmation, I could have sent the countless emails I had received from the venue. Considering the large amount of money we spent with them on decorations, we were completed blindsided and extremely frustrated and stressed by this last minute change. The decorations and service on the wedding day that Chair Flair provided was excellent, but the lead up to the wedding was stressful to say the least.
