We were really stressed about whether to have our ceremony indoors or outdoors because of the weather. We asked Shannon a few hours before what we should do, and she said, "Of course, keep us posted and we will accommodate whatever you need." It was such a relief to have her support, especially since we didn’t have a coordinator.

The whole Chair Flair team was so kind and accommodating during setup. They even wiped down the acrylic stands that got a bit wet from the drizzle after the ceremony, making sure everything looked perfect for the reception.

The decor and flowers were gorgeous! everything was top-notch quality!

We were very happy with our experience renting from Chair Flair. Their online catalogue was easy to browse and offered a great selection of décor items at competitive prices. The pieces we rented were of good quality and looked fantastic on the day. When our décor plans changed partway through the process, they were flexible and allowed us to repurpose our deposit toward different items. They were also accommodating with pickup and drop-off timing, which made everything easier to coordinate.
Overall, Chair Flair made the rental process simple and stress-free, and we’d gladly recommend them to other couples looking for wedding décor.

We were very impressed with Shannon and her team at Chair Flair. We married in a brewery, so we wanted to elevate it while also keeping some rustic charm, and she did just that! Everything looked perfect, the team flipping and tearing down the room was amazing, and we were so impressed with how everything turned out!

We were so excited to work with Shannon at Chair Flair and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Shannon was lovely and kind however the execution of our wedding was very poor and the promises made were not followed through. We hired Shannon for day-of coordination. The details we discussed and shared with vendors were not executed, the room set up was terrible and the chair rentals we received were unstable and very poor quality. Some details are: 1) we had to move our wedding indoors due to poor weather, the arch was placed in the corner of the room with terrible views of our ceremony 2) the rings were overlooked and almost missed our ceremony after text communication with Shannon throughout the morning 2) the dessert was put out before dinner 3) our welcome drink was put out minutes before us walking down the aisle even though it was planned to be out at least half an our earlier 4) the decor was not put out as requested and more details we are happy to share. Shannon put together a detailed timeline with details I provided and didn't seem to reference what was communicated. When we sent an email to discuss, we received reasoning behind each concern however we did not receive a call or any discussion around accountability for our concerns. We understand there are always different perspectives however we paid for a service we did not receive. Overall we were really disappointed and hope other couples have a much better experience that we did.

Shannon was awesome to work with, super flexible on everything and happy to add and subtract items as we went, set up and tear down was super easy and they made the room pop.

Shannon was wonderful to work with! We were able to show her inspo pictures and then she knew exactly what we wanted. We had to rent a few extra things the day before due to weather concerns and Shannon answered promptly and did everything she could to help. The venue decor turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined!
