Copetown Woods Golf Club is nestled in between Cambridge, Guelph, Burlington, Brantford and Hamilton. They specialize in hosting elegant weddings and other events in a rustic elegant country setting. The professional event team will assist you during each phase of your planning to ensure the success of your upcoming event. Outdoor on-site ceremonies are also available on the club's grounds.

History
Once an enormous farmland area owned and operated by Gordon Forth Farms Ltd, this area used to grow a number of fresh vegetables before deciding to specialize in broccoli. The idea of building a golf course came as soon as Gordon started playing the game himself. Copetown Woods Golf Club was officially established in June 2003.

Amazing venue!
Working with Rikki and the team at Copetown was a dream. They made our day so special. Having the separate ceremony space was honestly so beautiful. We got so many compliments on how it didn’t feel like they were at golf course. The food was even better than at our tasting. Everyone kept telling us how amazing the food was.

Our wedding at Copetown
Rikki and the staff at Copetown were absolutely amazing!! As someone with dietary restrictions, I felt super safe and accommodated! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the day of our wedding as they handled it all! The food is incredible, and the venue was stunning!! I would 100% recommend Copetown to anyone and everyone!

Wonderful Venue!
We had an amazing time at our wedding at Copetown Woods in October. Throughout the planning process, Lori and Rikki were incredibly helpful and answered our endless questions. The food was amazing! We were very happy with how things turned out and the chef had a great attention to detail. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire evening. The location and grounds were beautiful for photos and despite the rain we still had a beautiful ceremony inside! Rikki was very attentive and flexible leading up to the wedding and day of to make sure everything was executed seamlessly. A huge thank you to Rikki and the Food and Beverage team for making our day so special!

2023 Wedding
We celebrated our wedding at Copetown Woods on September 16, 2023 and it could not have been better - talk about a perfect day! Lori & the team at Copetown were so organized and professional. Lori was an AMAZING help during all the wedding planning process! All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion (and there were a lot). The coordination at the venue took a lot of stress out of the planning process - with NO concerns on the day of. The venue is extremely accessible for all and the ceremony space is beautiful. The staff did an amazing job of coordinating the ceremony and the golf to ensure we were not interrupted. The clubhouse and grounds were so picturesque, any photographer would crazy for. Overall, I cannot say anything bad about our experience! Everything was fantastic and I would do it 1000x over if I could!

Copetown Woods exceeded our expectations!
When searching for venues for an August wedding, we knew that we wanted an all-in-one venue for the ceremony and reception. After getting a tour of the property, we both instantly knew that Copetown woods checked all of our boxes (great variety of scenery for pictures, spacious, private area for the wedding party, outdoor patio for cocktail hour, etc). Throughout the process, we worked with Lori to plan exactly what we envisioned for our wedding day. Lori was always prompt in responding to our inquiries, gave us checklists to keep us on task, gave excellent recommendations for vendors, and even gave us access to the venue the day before the wedding to set up the reception spaces with our decorations. Our family and friends still rave about the beautiful location and the delicious food every time we see them! Not a single person had a food complaint. We couldn’t have been happier with how the day went; all staff we encountered went above and beyond for us. Our guests were beyond impressed!

Perfect wedding day
We had the most amazing day at Copetown woods golf club. From ceremony to reception not one thing went wrong. The staff were extremely helpful and coordinated. Everyone had a great time. With regards to organizing our wedding, Lori was amazing to work with. She was always an email away and answered all the questions we had. She was on top of everything making sure the day went perfect.

Great experience
Loved working with Lori and the entire staff at Copetown woods! We had the most amazing experience, and Lori made it so much easier to plan a wedding in the midst of the pandemic. The night went off without a hitch, and even after we had to move the ceremony inside because of the weather, it still turned out absolutely amazing. Would 1000% recommend them.
