2023 Wedding
We celebrated our wedding at Copetown Woods on September 16, 2023 and it could not have been better - talk about a perfect day! Lori & the team at Copetown were so organized and professional. Lori was an AMAZING help during all the wedding planning process! All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion (and there were a lot). The coordination at the venue took a lot of stress out of the planning process - with NO concerns on the day of. The venue is extremely accessible for all and the ceremony space is beautiful. The staff did an amazing job of coordinating the ceremony and the golf to ensure we were not interrupted. The clubhouse and grounds were so picturesque, any photographer would crazy for. Overall, I cannot say anything bad about our experience! Everything was fantastic and I would do it 1000x over if I could! -

Perfect wedding day
We had the most amazing day at Copetown woods golf club. From ceremony to reception not one thing went wrong. The staff were extremely helpful and coordinated. Everyone had a great time. With regards to organizing our wedding, Lori was amazing to work with. She was always an email away and answered all the questions we had. She was on top of everything making sure the day went perfect.
If you are looking to have a wedding here, I would definitely recommend.

When searching for venues for an August wedding, we knew that we wanted an all-in-one venue for the ceremony and reception. After getting a tour of the property, we both instantly knew that Copetown woods checked all of our boxes (great variety of scenery for pictures, spacious, private area for the wedding party, outdoor patio for cocktail hour, etc). Throughout the process, we worked with Lori to plan exactly what we envisioned for our wedding day. Lori was always prompt in responding to our inquiries, gave us checklists to keep us on task, gave excellent recommendations for vendors, and even gave us access to the venue the day before the wedding to set up the reception spaces with our decorations. Our family and friends still rave about the beautiful location and the delicious food every time we see them! Not a single person had a food complaint. We couldn’t have been happier with how the day went; all staff we encountered went above and beyond for us. Our guests were beyond impressed! -

Loved working with Lori and the entire staff at Copetown woods! We had the most amazing experience, and Lori made it so much easier to plan a wedding in the midst of the pandemic. The night went off without a hitch, and even after we had to move the ceremony inside because of the weather, it still turned out absolutely amazing. Would 1000% recommend them. -

My husband and I could not be happier with Copetown Woods Golf Club! They truly made our wedding the best day of our lives!
Lori, the Catering and Events Manager, was an absolute dream to work with. She would answer my countless emails promptly and at all hours, going above and beyond to make all my requests and wishes come true! The wedding packages were great and very customizable. We loved getting to taste and choose which salad, soup, entree, dessert and wines we wanted to serve. Chef Eric rose to the challenge of making 60+ medium-rare beef wellingtons! We had many friends and family comment on how good the food was, which made us so happy as this was important to us. Chef even came over to our head-table to personally to make sure the beef was how we wanted, and it was perfect! Mike Cass, the Food and Beverage Manager, was also a pleasure to work with! He was quietly coordinating with my MC and the chef the entire night, making sure things ran on time and smoothly. Madison was an amazing bartender, and actually helped load up decor the day after, as did Mike. The wait staff was efficient and attentive. My husband and I did not worry about a thing, and really got to enjoy our special day!
A unique advantage to getting married at Copetown was we did not have to worry about taking down and packing up decor that same night. The amazing staff put everything into our locked bridal suite and we were able to come the next day, at our leisure, to pack up! This allowed us to have fun and enjoy until the very end! Another perk to getting married at Copetown Woods is 4 free rounds of golf, depending on which package you choose. We also had our rehearsal dinner in the Copetown Bistro- that’s how much we love the food and atmosphere there!
We are so happy with Copetown Woods as a wedding venue, and would highly recommend to any future bride and groom! -

Best day ever!
We had our wedding at Copetown Woods Golf Course on September 7th 2019 and were blown away by the overall experience. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of food, atmosphere, scenery and overall experience. Lori & Mike and the rest of the staff were nothing but helpful in the planning and during the course of the day, we couldn’t praise them enough. The food was out of this world, all our guests commented on the quality of food offered and the venue itself. -
