Planning a wedding can be one of the most exciting yet stressful experiences. Bloom Field Gardens took away the stressful part and just kept it exciting. From the beautiful venue, the personable staff and helpful planners, our day couldn’t have gone any more perfect. September 22nd 2018 will always bring memories of our wedding day, but it will also bring back memories of Bloom Field and how amazing everything was. We are truly going to miss the back and forth communication with the team, the laughs during our meetings, and the venue itself. All of our friends and family have commented on how breathtaking the entire day was. We can’t get over how seamless and easy our day was because of the teams endless hard work. Our day was absolutely PERFECT and we would recommend Bloom Field Gardens a hundred times over to anyone!

Wow. All I can say is thank you Bloomfield. From the moment we stepped onto the grounds and met with Katie, to the gift basket you gave us at the end of the night, you guys made our wedding above and beyond our wildest dreams and it felt so effortless! When Bloomfield says they are all-inclusive, they really mean it and they are the total package when it comes to their amazing staff as well. A huge shout out to our day of co-ordinator Bree for being flexible and calm with the few hiccups we had but honestly those hiccups were just memories because we knew everything was taken care of and we could just focus on enjoying our day! From the bridal suite having snacks and water, to you making sure our bouquets sat in water any chance they could to make sure they looked their best in the heat, you guys handled every detail. The flowers and onsite locations for pictures are worth more than gold and you get so much more included for the price of this venue. I've also been to a friends wedding here and can say that as a guest it was just as amazing!

Looks like our pictures are featured on here - please take our review into account when deciding where to pick your venue :) Though our day was fantastic (as you can see the joy on our faces), the strife with the owners after our day was not worth the turmoil. I wish we put more stock into what we read of the 1-star reviews about how some couples were treated by the owners before we booked. My husband and I chose this venue because we are both very busy and appreciated having a one stop shop for food, venue, decor, floral, stationary, etc.

There were many positives, however, it was when we addressed some of the preventable issues we experienced after with Bloom Field that we were treated with hostility by the owners. I'm sure if your day goes with no complaints, this venue is great, but for us, the lack of professionalism from the head staff in the aftermath has soured our experience.

Other than the main course food concerns we had (which our photographers suggested we request a small discount for, since what was served was not what we paid $10 extra per plate for), the other issues weren't catastrophic. However, when you're paying $20,000 for venue etc. and around $30-40,000 for food, preventable mistakes are disappointing.

The owner did not respond for a week after our day addressing our concerns. When I called to follow up, I was taken aback when the owner Nancy told me over the phone that she found my email to be "petty." She told me she was reviewing security camera footage before returning my email, even though we brought the food issue up to the coordinator on the day. At no point did she express any sympathy for our experience, remorse over mistakes (i.e. my Nana's favourite flower not being included in the bouquet as requested), or even an apology for what may have been miscommunication. The email response we received expressed no sympathy, but rather point by point, tried to dismantle our concerns.

Frankly, we would have been satisfied if they had extended some sympathy (let alone accountability) for the mistakes. It was very clear from their communication after that they did not care about our overall experience, since our wedding was over at the time we addressed the concerns. Reading the 1-star reviews now, I see many couples had similar experiences with the family owners once they brought up concerns.

from start to finish … the communication was amazing response time was bang on. Stacey understood my vision , my main goal was stress free and they delivered. Thank you Stacey and team. I can definitely say I would do it all over again!

If you want your wedding to be planned and ran like a prison camp great place !!

I would highly recommend this wedding venue to anyone who wants an intimate ceremony in the gardens. I have not personally gotten married at this venue but I have been to weddings at this venue. It is an absolute dream and the grounds are absolutely breathtaking and stunning. I would absolutely get married here if I was to get married again. I have worked with Nancy many times regarding my garden and pool. Having said that, I expect to continue working with her as she and her staff are very professional and really care about their client needs and wants. I always feel in good hands with Nancy and I know if my wedding was planned with Nancy that she would will roll out the red carpet for me.

I doubt one could find a more beautiful and interesting place to hold a wedding. The setting is unparalleled and stunning. the people are even better. From the initial contact to all the fine details I couldn't have asked for more help. As a single dad trying to make my only daughters special day as creative and crazy as as I possibly could, this was the place to go. Bloomfield Gardens is so breathtaking we absolutely fell in love with the set up during an open house, we signed that day!
Our initial date was for a June 2020 but covid had other plans. Bloomfield has done a wonderful job in our opinion working with my fiancé and I on a professional level while still being compassionate and genuine.
They helped us reschedule our date to June 2021…which has now been postponed again to the fall. Third time is the charm !
We decided to go through with an intimate ceremony to exchange our vows a few weeks ago. Nancy, Katie, Stacey, and the team created a timeless, romantic setting in the Orchard that really made that moment special for us and truly memorable. A perfect simple fairytale

DO NOT BOOK!!!! this venue is terrible. Everyone in our small town hates the venue and the family that runs it. They will not be flexible with anything you request and will force you to use their standard wedding package. You’re just a number to them they couldn’t care less that this is your wedding and should be a great day of memories. They just want the weekend booked. They will serve your guests allergen and steal your booze that you’re forced to provide for your guests.

I got married back in 2014 at Bloom Field Gardens before it was as popular as it has become in recent years. We had a two year engagement but had booked our venue early. During my two years of planning I dealt with Nancy and Katie and both were nothing but helpful and very responsive to my million and one questions.
Our day was nothing short of magical and our family and friends still rave about it being one of the best and beautiful weddings they have attended.

I have actually kept in quite close contact on various levels with both Nancy and Katie over the years since getting married.
I've been back since to participate in workshops that they offer at the Floral Studio as well as to take family photos on the property and have been able to see some of the beautiful new additions they have added since my wedding - to which my comment is always; "can I have a re-do?"

This summer with Covid, I found myself planning a small back yard wedding for my dad and step mom since our travel plans had been cancelled as a result of the pandemic.
I did everything for their wedding but knew that my floral skills for a bouquet were just not perfect so I reached out to Nancy asking if they would be able to (last minute) make me a bouquet/boutonniere. Stacey got back to me immediately and was able to make me a gorgeous arrangement with the minimal amount of notice I gave her.

If you're looking for a stunning location with all the amenities that is not too far off the beaten path - you will not be disappointed choosing here.
