We did a fair amount of venue shopping - it ended the same day that we met Rebecca and learned more about Pheasant Run. The team at Pheasant Run genuinely worked towards our best interests at every step along the way. They found creative ways to help keep unnecessary costs down (which is RARE in today's wedding market) and were flexible and accommodating towards anything which we needed.

The venue itself has everything which you could want. The gazebo is beautiful, the reception tent is rustic and spacious, and the dance floor is perfect for a group of ~100 people.

More than anything else, we are so grateful for Rebecca's support throughout our whole journey. We feel that getting to know Pheasant Run and the staff has been such a wonderful beginning to our newlywed journey, and we are looking forward to continuing to visit Pheasant Run throughout the years.

My daughter recently had her wedding at Pheasant Run, and WOW! I know I’m biased, but it might be the best wedding I’ve ever been to. No detail was missed. Rebecca was amazing. So professional, friendly and organized. She was on top of everything. The facility is so beautiful, from the outdoor gazebo area for the ceremony, to the covered reception area, to the bridal room for preparation, just WOW! You cannot go wrong, having your wedding at Pheasant Run.

Pheasant Run was a dream venue. From our first tour of the Pavilion surrounded by mature trees and driving along the meticulously kept golf greens, we knew we would have our wedding here.

The weather on our wedding day was cool, and rainy at times. The Pavilion was very comfortable and cozy with heaters on, while the glass windows made us feel like we were still outdoors. The food was amazing and the sorbet between the pasta dish and main course was a highlight!

There were many little things the staff at Pheasant Run did to make the day extra special. We were able to take some photos with a “Just Married” golf cart and the venue provided a sparkling wine bottle for photos as well. The Pavilion was set up beautifully for our reception and looked fantastic.

Rebecca was so incredibly kind and hard working, and made us feel so at ease throughout the entire planning process. She did everything and more to make the day absolutely perfect. Thank you!

My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than the Pheasant Run Golf Club. From the moment we stepped onto the property for the first time, we knew at the back of our minds that this could be it. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and we were captivated by the beauty of its rolling hills and rustic charm of the gazebo where the reception was held. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it!

The ceremony site is tastefully designed and is what really caught our attention. The arbor was conveniently located outdoors right next to the reception site/gazebo and it overlooked the golf course from a height. We highly recommend conducting the ceremony closer to the evening as the sunlight in the evening created an enchanting atmosphere that truly made our day magical and sets you up for some stunning shots! We loved our sunset photos.

The staff members were incredibly helpful and efficient. They worked diligently to set up the entire place, paying attention to every little detail that we went through prior to the wedding. Their hospitality made everyone feel right at home. As for the food, they have a wide variety of items including a few customizable dinner packages depending on your needs. Be sure to try their Eggplant and Tilapia dishes when you head there for your tasting!

After our ceremony, the staff members took the wedding party on golf carts to the spots we identified for our photo shoots. I can’t explain enough how exciting and memorable this was for the entire group. The staff member also ensured to provide food and drinks in between the photo sessions keeping us fed and hydrated! We also popped open some refreshing cold champagne as a toast to the wedding party – all organized by the venue.

I cannot end this review without giving a massive shout out to Rebecca, our dedicated site coordinator. She absolutely deserves special recognition here. She was a gem from day one – always going above and beyond our expectations, ensuring that we felt comfortable, confident and fully prepared for the wedding. Rebecca put a lot of thought in helping us design our wedding - from planning our decor to taking us on a photo cart tour to executing our wedding exactly as per the schedule. Her patience and unwavering support were truly remarkable. My wife and I would say that Rebecca is one of the major reasons why we decided to go ahead with Pheasant Run for our wedding! Our special day wouldn’t have been the same without her. Be sure to meet her when you visit the club for the first time if you’re planning your wedding. She is a godsend!

If you want a unique and beautiful wedding venue look no further then pheasant run. The grounds are immaculate. The ceremony , cocktail and reception are all close to each other making the space huge for your guests to mingle and walk around. You also get married under a beautiful gazebo overlooking the golf course surrounded by greenery and if it rains they have a beautiful indoor space you can use. They have an option for you to take your photos at the venue and will take you to beautiful spots throughout the golf course to get that perfect picture. they also provide golf carts for your wedding party to drive around from location to location which added an extra level of fun!
Rebecca and that staff at Pheasant Run are so incredibly friendly, professional and easy to work with. I never once felt stress with this venue and they work to make all your dreams and wishes come true. They respond to your emails so quick answering all questions and giving great advice. Rebecca the coordinator worked so hard to make our day perfect and was present for all meetings, tastings, rehearsal and day of wedding. She is truly an amazing person to work with and always kept us on schedule. She also greeted all
Our venders and got them set Up and was available for phone calls with our venues if needed.

The food at the venue was so delicious and came warm and promptly on schedule. Lots of options for different dishes and sides and they support all dietary restrictions including vegan. The wine served at the table was really nice. The bar staff were so friendly and fast at serving all guests. This venue has glass doors all around the building that can be opened up to get nice fresh air while you are having your cocktail and dinner. They also fog the area in the morning so it is bug free

This venue can support a band and I highly recommend getting one. The dance floor and reception space was beautiful and spacious for our 100 guests but can accommodate many more. As well as provided and beautiful outdoor space for guests to sit down and mingle. A lot of areas for guests to move around or sit if they don’t wish to dance.

I can’t say enough about this venue so many of our guests complemented the venue, food and set up for days after our wedding.

We got married on 9/24/22 at Pheasant Run and it was absolutely amazing. From the venue itself, to the food, to the service everything was absolutely perfect and everything went to plan. Rebecca was our coordinator and honestly the best and hardest working person out there. Everything went so smoothly and perfectly because of her, any question I had she answered it within the hour, sometimes responding at 10pm
My guests count stop talking about how the venue felt so remote but was so close to the city, they also said the food was some of the best they have ever had.
