Planning an event, especially coming out of the pandemic, is very stressful but Michael+team made the entire process so easy, breezy! They answered all of our questions, was always patient, flexible and just so kind and understanding!! Our guests cannot stop talking about how gorg and beautiful the venue is, how fantastic the service, ambience, all of it!

We had an absolutely incredible experience hosting our wedding at Caledon Mountain Events We hosted our ceremony on the patio and the reception in the luxury white tent. Working Sophia and Mike was fantastic. They were very organized, quick to respond, and easy to work with. The food was incredible (Salmon/Short Rib) and drinks were outstanding. We brought in our own DJ/entertainment group, however, used venues lights/sound system which everyone raved about. We did all of our pictures, ceremony, and reception on Caledon Mountain grounds. This made it so easy not having to travel around to different locations. Caledon Mountain Events is a very professional/beautiful venue and we would definitely recommend.

Caledon Mountain Events was exceptional and one of a kind! Our guests raved about the food, bar and service! Mike was our Events coordinator and was fantastic from beginning to end! He was super supportive and whatever we needed he accommodated.

Caledon Mountain Events was the last venue we visited after recommendations from friends. Immediately upon arrival we enjoyed the beautiful grounds and peaked at the outside views. Moments after we were met by Mike who gave us a full tour of the entire venue. We booked that same day and couldn’t have been happier.
Working with the venue to schedule appointments, or ask questions was easy. There were prompt responses and flexibility to come in on our time. In the days leading up to the reception the team takes the time to carefully explain everything to ensure a flawless day for all involved. Our Ceremony and Reception included everything we asked for and more. We were given so much help by every staff member who worked so diligently to ensure we always had food or drinks available! Our guests raved about the view outside, but more importantly we LOVED the ambience and decor around both the ceremony and luxury reception tent. We were so happy by how smooth this entire process and day went due to the dedicated and exceptional expertise of Sophia, Mike, Clara and everyone at Caledon Mountain. We couldn’t have dreamed for a better venue for our most important day.

Best outdoor space with stunning views! We had a wedding here on the 21st of October, and it went by flawlessly. Mike was our coordinator and really cateres to our individual needs. My family has dairy allergies and the venue made sure the cater attended to our allergies. Everything was handled extremely professionally. Their outdoor tent was amazing as well as the beautiful fall colours. We were not cold as they had placed heaters in the outside patio. For the price we paid it was a complete steal to have a wedding at this location. Would definetly recommend anyone to have a wedding here.
Ps: they actually answer their emails in a reasonable amount of time unlike most venues!
