Facilities and Capacity

This venue boasts a variety of event areas to choose from for your special day. In the Ceremony Garden, you can say “I do” surrounded by lush greenery and up to 175 of your loved ones. Inside the Sunroom, you may host an intimate cocktail hour or small reception of up to 40 guests. Here, cocktail tables, a bar, and a patio provide a lovely backdrop for your guests to socialize. Ideal for grand occasions of up to 250 guests, the Ballroom is the largest room in the golf club. With its rustic exposed cathedral ceiling, brick,drop down cast iron lighting and built-in dance floor, 30ft x 12ft Chiffon Curtain Backdrop, this stylish space can be decorated to your liking for a one-of-a-kind wedding.

If working with a different budget or style of wedding, let us know and we will prepare a personalized package for you. We are open to options and in some circumstances will allow outside caterers.

Cuisine

Mill Run Golf Club’s culinary team works hard to ensure that your wedding meal is perfect. Highlights from their menu include our most popular duo plate of Chicken Supreme and Bacon wrapped Filet Mignon and we always will accomodate special dietary needs. For dessert, you and your guests can delight in Molten Lava Cake, Chocolate Tuxedo Mousee Cake, Cheesecakes, and Sticky Toffee Pudding.. The venue also offers hors d’oeuvres and late-night food menus. To complement your celebratory feast, friendly bartenders serve an assortment of liquors, beers, and wines.

Unforgettable experience

First off, Gina was the best coordinator; she was very on top of everything and wanted no less for us. The place is absolutely amazing for ceremony, hang out and the ballroom. Despite the weather conditions and the ceremony couldn't continue outside as plan it was inside the ballroom but very well organized. The waiters and waitress so kind and friendly with all our guests. The food service 5 star delicious and every detail to the drinks, bar service and water so fresh. No doubt the wedding was amazing with unforetold Fire Department presence which was a benefit in taking pictures with them and the Golf Club staff. We couldn't take nothing away or add it was perfect! Thank you Gina and the team for an awesome experience :)

300% recommend for ceremony only!

A fantastic rabit hole! Fine moed lawn with a pond nearby.
Gina is really kind and patience to accommodate any changes that we had for the setup! Unbeatable price!

Amy was amazing at Mill Run. She was so helpful with all the small details, she let me call her anytime for the craziest and silliest thing. The staff was awesome, everything went smoothly and all our guest said the food was awesome and the staff was fantastic. I would recommend anyone to have their Ceremony & Reception at Mill Run.

Our Wedding at Mill Run was wonderful! We planned our wedding in 3 weeks and Amy at Mill Run was wonderful in accommodating our plans. Any questions or issues we had she resolved very efficiently. They have beautiful grounds that provide wonderful photo shots! We would highly recommend Mill Run for anyone's wedding!

Mill Run Golf Club was the perfect venue to hold our wedding. The outdoor ceremony area is gorgeous in the summer and their newly renovated reception area is beautiful. The staff at Mill Run was always very helpful and energetic. They made sure everything was perfect the day of and they were also extremely helpful many many months beforehand!! The food was also extremely enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend considering Mill Run for your wedding. All of our guests had an amazing time and we had a stress free day :)

I was very happy with my ceremony and reception that took place at Mill Run Golf Club. The ceremony site is the most beautiful I've seen, the food and service was great, and Amy was so easy to work with and worked hard to make sure our wedding day was exactly what we had envisioned. If you are looking for a venue you can stop now because Mill Run will give you everything you dreamed of and more!

My husband and I got married July 2011. Seeing how we were both very young, we had negative meetings with other venues which we attributed to being "too young for marriage". However, when we met with Amy at Mill Run, we were treated with respect and just overall had nothing but pleasantries. Amy was very patient with me even with allllllll my emails I sent to her. It was nice to have someone take my plans seriously and even be excited for me! My husband and I, along with the guests, loved Mill Run. The day went smooth and the staff were amazing. Loved it!

My entire experience at Mill run was amazing!

The outdoor ceremony site was absolutely beautiful!

The staff were all great especially Amy... She made everything seem so easy.
Any time I had a question or concern I Sent Amy a quick email, and she was right there with an answer.
She never made me feel like I was bothering her with all of my crazy frazzled questions.

The food was amazing, the room was beautiful...

I just can't say enough good things about Mill Run!

Mill Run Golf Course gave me my dream princess wedding! Amy was so incredibly patient and helpful and so very accomodating! I could not have made it through without her amazing support! When I was having a bride moment a few days prior to the wedding day, she was very flexible and very reassuring. I cannot say enough about how amazing the day was. We arrived at the reception and the place looked more beautiful then I can even explain. Her staff were very professional and courteous.
Now onto the food...if you are going to be critized at all on your wedding, the food is where you will feel the attack. We had the beef and let me tell you, FABULOUS! I had so many positive remarks on how phenomonal the food was and the portion was perfect! I would promote Mill Run Golf Course to anyone who is wanting to have a beautiful, sophisticated/classy wedding!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
