Great venue!
We were just married here last Saturday September 6, it was the best day! We started planning our wedding 1 yr ago, Gina the wedding coordinator was amzing to work with! She helped at every step of the way, from initial questions to setting up our decor exactly as asked on the day of. Our guests loved the ceremony space as it’s so beautiful with the private gazebo and gardens! After the ceremony our guests were sent over to a brand new patio for cocktail hour. We had our guests participate in a putting competition during our photos. Everyone thought that was fantastic! Following cocktails, guests went into our reception, it was gorgeous! The colours we chose for our tables and the lighting looked great in our pictures. We had an amazing dinner, our guests complimented the food. Drink selection was great! We even got a free round with our booking. I loved Mill Run for our venue, the price was right and I will look back fondly on that day and all of its details for ever! -

Our venue was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, working with Gina, the wedding event manager, was such a great experience. Over the past year, she was always quick to answer any questions we had, incredibly organized, and so professional. On the day of our wedding, she was very hands-on and made sure everything ran smoothly, which allowed us to fully enjoy our day without stress.
The location itself is beautiful, and all of the staff were so kind and attentive. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning their wedding—it truly exceeded our expectations -

Now that our wedding has come and gone, I keep reflecting on how amazing the day was. Gina and her staff were incredible and professional, the food was amazing, and it honestly could not have been better. We have received an immense amount of compliments on the food and the beauty of the venue itself. The fridge was well stocked (perfect for a 40 degree day) and had lots of options for our guests! Gina was so accommodating with our requests and truly worked so hard to make sure we had the best day! -

Mill Run was the perfect place to have our dream wedding! The staff and everyone was very helpful on the day of the wedding, as everything was done with the upmost excellence and professionalism! Would definitely recommend and the establishments are beautiful, the food is absolutely incredibly and the people are the very best! Gina always provide all the support we needed with the upmost respect and excellence! -

I highly recommend Mill Run Golf Club if you are looking for a Wedding Venue. I hosted my June 2024 Wedding here and the Venue is absolutely beautiful. The gardens, golf course, and grounds are very well kept and gorgeous. Gina the Wedding Coordinator was incredible! She helped answer all of my questions and worked above and beyond to ensure we have a great day. The process booking with this venue and planning the wedding was so easy. Gina's attention to detail and genuinely cared about our Wedding which made the experience so special. The food was also incredible and so were the whole staff. We used the South Ball Room which was perfect for our intimate wedding, and the garden was lovely for our ceremony and cocktail hour.
I have no regrets hosting our special day here. It is an absolute gem of a place and Gina was beyond fantastic! -

Amazing venue, very beautiful and staff is top notch! Gina (Events Manager) is an amazing person who will take care of everything at your big day! You can't go wrong with Mill Run Golf club for your special events. Highly recommended! -

Above and beyond
Every single person we interacted with at Mill Run went above and beyond to make sure the day went perfectly and we're so incredibly kind. The event coordinator, Gina, is the type of person who seems like she would be genuinely disappointed if something went wrong so she does her best to make sure everything goes right. The chef was flexible and out did herself, all night everyone was telling me how much they enjoyed the food. The bartender was great and the room was clean and beautiful. The price was also very competitive with all the other venues we went to see. I think it may have been one of the cheapest we saw, but read as one of the most expensive. I truly have no complaints. -

Gina was an incredible coordinator for our May wedding ceremony! From the initial meeting, she was supportive of our needs as a couple, whether or not we chose Mill Run. Her communication made us feel comfortable and she did everything in her power to ensure our day was amazing. From helping make final decisions about photo locations, shuttling the bridal party to and back from photo locations and the ceremony, guiding our rehearsal dinner, and making sure everyone was on the same page for our day, everything went perfectly! First off, Gina was the best coordinator; she was very on top of everything and wanted no less for us. The place is absolutely amazing for ceremony, hang out and the ballroom. Despite the weather conditions and the ceremony couldn't continue outside as plan it was inside the ballroom but very well organized. The waiters and waitress so kind and friendly with all our guests. The food service 5 star delicious and every detail to the drinks, bar service and water so fresh. No doubt the wedding was amazing with unforetold Fire Department presence which was a benefit in taking pictures with them and the Golf Club staff. We couldn't take nothing away or add it was perfect! Thank you Gina and the team for an awesome experience :)
