Facilities and capacity

This hotel wedding venue offers several interesting event spaces to create the style of wedding you want. Lincoln Hall is a large spacious facility with steel beams and exposed brickwork which spans 3,000 sq ft and has a capacity for up to 140 seated guests.

Lincoln Terrace is a 1,000 sq ft outdoor space with great views and has a capacity for up to 20 seated guests. You can book both spaces together for a cocktail reception for up to 270 guests if desired.

Best Day Ever!

We had the most amazing wedding at the Broadview hotel. The venue was stunning and the attention to detail from Kathleen, Emily and team is unmatched. We had unique asks that were welcomed without pushback and the day ran smoothly start to finish. The staff working was so relaxed and kind and just fun overall! From the rooftop ceremony and cocktail hour to the Lincoln hall - everything was spectacular. The food for a large wedding was constantly raved about from the guests. There is no venue in Toronto that can maintain this level of quality, professionalism and experience for a large wedding. We got engaged here and now got married here - it's a perfect love story for us!

Wedding at The Broadview Hotel

We are so happy that we chose the Broadview Hotel as our wedding venue! Emily and Kathleen were both so great to work with. Everything was perfect from the initial conversations, the menu tasting, their responsiveness throughout the wedding planning process, I would 10/10 recommend The Broadview Hotel :).

Wonderful Service!

We had a wonderful wedding here! We loved the amazing service and detail of the employee that was helping coordinate the event the day of and helped us with any issues that popped up as soon as it was noted. I believe his name was Shane but I hope I did not mix it up. He was 10/10 and helped save us from multiple issues before they arrived. Thank you all for a great experience!

The perfect venue for our wedding

My husband and I are so happy that we went with The Broadview Hotel for our October wedding. We knew early on that we wanted a smallish/mid-sized wedding in a unique setting that was easily accessible for all of our guests, including our golden retriever (who wound up being the star of the wedding!). Right from when we first reached, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. In particular, Emily and Kathleen walked us through every step of our planning to ensure that we had an amazing experience. They were patient, knowledgable, organized, extremely patient, and incredibly kind. Amazing wedding experience at Broadview Hotel

After touring the Broadview Hotel for the first time we didn’t need to see any other venues - nothing else we looked at came close.

We had our ceremony & cocktail hour on the rooftop which was absolutely stunning, and then a cocktail style reception at Lincoln Hall & Terrace.

The cocktails and food were amazing, fantastic service from all staff. The facilities are stunning and there are tons of cool places to take photos within the hotel.

Emily was amazing to work with - she is professional, organized, responsive and reasonable. There was no upselling at all - she worked within our budget and provided helpful advice to keep us in check.

Extremely convenient that the blocked hotel rooms are on the same floor as Lincoln Hall. Saved us a lot of elevator time. Also both the rooftop and Lincoln hall terrace have patios that can be covered, so the outdoor space was still used once it started to rain.

Front desk manager Anna was also a gem, super helpful and accommodating.

Broadview Hotel is an ideal venue and I would recommend to anyone looking to have a wedding in the city.

Loved this venue

The Broadview was the first and the ONLY venue we went to and we don't regret it! It was such a great space; so many fun places to take photos. It was really great to have the guest rooms on the same floor as the event space (Lincoln Hall). Emily was so professional and helpful and made our planning process a breeze. The food was great and our day went perfectly!

Beautiful venue and wonderful wedding team

The Broadview is a beautiful and very special spot for your ceremony. The Lincoln Hall and Terrace was a great venue - people loved being able to go on the deck for drinks and pictures. Our guests loved the food and cocktails. The wedding team was wonderful to work with - Emily made everything super easy and was lovely to work with. Highly recommend!

Exceeded our expectations!

The Broadview Hotel was the first venue we looked at and booked it shortly after. We are so glad that we did! Emily was professional, reliable, incredibly kind, and was a joy to work with. Emily really helped bring our vision to life and was very organized and responsive throughout the whole process. Emily worked really well with our vendors and helped make the day run a smooth a possible. Thank you for being part of our big day and the hotel will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Would highly recommend for anyone’s wedding/event.

Smooth and flexible planning!

We have been so grateful to have Emily as our coordinator, who was able to help us coordinate everything from tasting, to decoration, to load-in/out times, to all the small details we had to figure out.

She made sure that we knew what we were doing, and making sure we felt like we were doing well, up to the wedding.

The 1 night complimentary stay at the hotel with late checkout was something we definitely loved, with a dessert & hand written congratulations letter!

All of our photos looked fantastic as well, especially because the hotel had a lot of great photo zones, and the venue itself is also fantastic on its own too!

Cocktails & Reception at the Broadview

Overall, the Broadview Hotel is a good venue for any event, including a wedding. The ceremony and cocktail hour took place on the rooftop, followed by reception at Lincoln Hall (their event space on the 2nd floor). Firstly, there was a lot of food during the cocktail hour and I wish the event coordinators adjusted the numbers ahead of time. I understand they want the minimum spend to be met, which we actually went over on, but there was just too much food left over after cocktail hour that probably went in the garbage. The wine options for the reception is quite limited but they allowed us to pick wines from their larger restaurant wine list. During the event, the staff were attentive and helpful, except during the dinner where we had to ask the servers to refill our guests' wine glasses multiple times. Except for these minor nuances, the day went smoothly and they made sure to cater to all of our needs.
