Facilities and Capacity
The venue offers a selection of indoor and outdoor event spaces for both intimate and large weddings:
- Gazebo – A beautiful spot for outdoor ceremonies in a natural garden setting
- Waring Hall – Our largest indoor venue space, perfect for ceremonies or receptions up to 175 guests, features a K.Kawai grand piano and a dancefloor
- Amelia’s Garden Verandah – A charming indoor room with seating for up to 50 guests, featuring a K.Kawai grand piano, fireplace, and antique oak bar — ideal for cocktail-style gatherings or small receptions
- Prince Edward Private Dining Room – A cozy fireside space designed for intimate celebrations, micro weddings, and elopements (seating for up to 25 guests)
- Accessibility and Parking – Our venue provides ample parking and is fully accessible for all guests

Services Offered
The dedicated on-site wedding coordinator will take care of the important details of your wedding day from the initial meeting to the final toast. Couples can have their wedding package customized to suit their specific requirements. They can choose from a select list of suggested vendors for DJs, officiants, photographers, and florists, or bring in their own.
Cuisine
The culinary experts of The Waring House will create a menu featuring the freshest regionally sourced ingredients (seasonally), including handmade hors d’oeuvres, desserts, buffets, and plated meals. The professional staff is also happy to prepare dishes for guests with special dietary needs.
Accommodations
For overnight stays, couples can accommodate their guests in any of the 49 guest rooms available at the venue. Several rooms have private 2-person hot tubs on the terrace. Special wedding group rates are available and the venue will reserve a block of rooms for guests. The honeymoon couple may choose to stay in our quaint and very private Honeymoon Cottage, an original stone building featuring a fireplace, king bed, huge soaker tub, and private terrace with a hot tub.

The best day, happily married at Waring House!
Our day was incredible, we look forward to visiting on our anniversary.
Food - the food was fresh, local and delicious. We also loved breakfast in Amelia’s garden and lunches in the pub! Great food, drinks & desserts!
Gardens - beautiful, our wedding was July 22nd and the gardens were amazing at this time of year.
The staff - a few special moments
A flower girl excitedly spotting the chocolate cake and our lovely server swapped hers out - made her very happy!
I thought I lost my grandmothers charm, which was on my bouquet. The staff shared the image and asked everyone for me - then checked back in with us. Luckily it was found!
Breakfast/future meals. The host and servers recognized us (bride and groom) and made us feel so special/celebrated throughout our stay.
Wedding coordinator - Melinda! She was one of the main reasons we selected the Waring House. She was patient with all of my last minute changes, pulling different linens, more than once, even letting me change linens at the last minute. After a scheduling conflict (our error in booking our outside vendor) , Melinda worked with our officiant to find a new officiant within three days of our wedding. Melinda was able to tailor our package to our needs and budget. Melinda was very knowledgeable and recommended many local vendors - helpful as we were unfamiliar with the area.
My only advice to future clients is make sure you communicate clearly what you want, your expectations and ask questions!

Amazing Covid Style wedding!
The food was amazing and left our guests raving the whole night, and the kitchen was incredibly accommodating with some guests who had sever allergies. The room was cute and nicely set, and the staff were all great!
With rooms located on site and a private entrance for our guests, this was the perfect spot to host a small intimate wedding reception. We cannot thank them enough for providing an amazing experience and the day was absolutely perfect!!

Her time as a Wedding and Event Specialist at L-Eat Catering in Toronto allowed her to work alongside couples from all walks of life, helping shape bespoke (unforgettable? Memorable?)weddings through personalized planning, thoughtful service, and a deep understanding of how to create meaningful moments.
Her role as Ballroom Manager at the Baldachin Inn in Eastern Ontario provided her with hands-on experience in venue coordination, vendor relations, and event execution; skills that she continues to lean on with each new client.
