Facilities and Capacity

Tucked under a canopy of towering pine trees, Springwood Cottage Resort provides a reprieve from the hustle and bustle in a scenic location. Their 17 cottages are situated on the shores of Kennebec Lake, boasting stunning sunset vistas and views of eye-catching rock formations. The tastefully decorate two, three and four- bedroom cottages include heating, air conditioning, outdoor seating, a three-piece bathroom, a full kitchen, firepits and necessary supplies. Nearly half of the cottages also include a private outdoor hot tub. Your guests will love staying in these unique overnight accommodations while you celebrate your big day. During your festivities, you can have exclusive use of the property and its amenities. The 40x40' event tent and two-tiered deck can fit up to 120 partygoers and is an ideal setting for a lively reception in the fresh air. The beach or dock are great options for a romantic ceremony with a picturesque backdrop. A large private country estate home directly across from the resort with gorgeous gardens, is also available to add-on for an extra special place to stay and/or for a garden ceremony site. Options are also available for smaller, intimate weddings with non-exclusive use of the resort from October to May.
