Meet the Team
I'm an award winning and celebrated chef in Australia, and moved from down under into the role of executive chef at Fairmont Pacific Rim. My 30 year career has spanned fine dining restaurants, five star hotels, airlines, and catering services. My philosophy is to pass it forward. I’m fortunate to have learned from many great chefs and enjoy the mentor role. Giving young chefs the right skill set and assisting their career path is a great contribution to the industry. One of my proudest accomplishments is to see them cooking in the world’s best restaurants like French laundry, Tetsuya’s, Attica and The Ledbury.
I joined Fairmont Pacific Rim in June 2018 as Director of Conference Services and Catering after spending the previous 17 years at another luxury property in Vancouver. With a highly successful career in hotel catering, sales and event management, I have a comprehensive understanding of hotel and service related industries, specifically service delivery and event planning. As the Director of Conference Services and Catering, I enjoy enhancing the guest experience, from conceptualization to the final production.
