for us, Ms. Devika was the one who was right there with us at every point of our preparation. She was very co-operative and for that matter, the whole management. great service, great location.

The entire process was painful. There is no hotel coordinator so you have to work with inept sales people who have no clue. Your emails will have late responses (if any) making it impossible to make informed decisions. Any scheduled meetings/calls will be delayed with a million excuses (i.e technical issues). You will have to repeat yourself often and will be asked the same questions over and over again. We would’ve backed out but we had already sent out our invitations so begrudgingly had to go through with it. They don’t care that it’s a special day for you - they only care about profit and treat you like you’re next in queue. They will lie that you can’t use the room you have booked for months due to “AC repairs” forcing you into a new space, and you will see with your own eyes said room being used in the morning for a separate event. Should you choose the buffet option, food is placed in a hallway away from the ballroom that the public has access to - who knows what happens here out of sight!
We stayed the night of and before the wedding to make sure everything would go as smooth as possible - I punctured my toe on the carpet (most likely staple) and they offered me a refund while I moved to another room that I already PAID for. Followed up on it weeks later to be told that they won’t issue one because they “found nothing wrong with the room” and because they had asked my fiancée if I was ok and he said “yes” (as in not mortally wounded). This is not hospitality - it’s gaslighting. They speak to guests appallingly and put profits before guests’ safety and comfort. Shame on them! Don’t spend your money and your special day here unless you want to be stressed out the whole time. The only saving grace was David from Operations who prevented me having a complete meltdown the day of - he is wonderful. I couldn’t enjoy my wedding and have massive regret about having my wedding here and am hoping to prevent this feeling for others. Most of these positive reviews are by their own staff by the way 😉

The first time we visited the venue, we realized that this was the location to be. It took a lot of work to ensure that the wedding would come to life, and we were so pleased with how everything turned out. A HUGE thank you to the working team, specifically Devika, Shika, David, Vishnu, Shivam & all others who contributed mightily to making our dream wedding come true. If anyone recommends a location for where to host a wedding, Crowne-Plaza is the place to be!

Abin and Devika were amazing to work with! They were so helpful and accommodating with every issue we had. As first time event planners, they walked us through the process and have us an amazing package. I would HIGHLY recommend working with both Abin and Devika if your looking to have a smooth sailing, amazing, and memorable event!

The venue was amazing. The décor was setup so nicely as we expected. We loved each and every detail of the wedding. The food was delicious and we had the amazing experience of having our own cuisine. Overall we loved it.

We had a really nice service. The staff was really accommodating. We had a option of great Indian food. The decor was good👍🏻 It is a good option an under budget if you are looking small gathering wedding. We had plenty of place for the guests to sit and dance…
