A beautiful, super fun reception!
Overall our experience was great! We had the elite plated package, with the chicken supreme and slow cooked roast beef served, along with a soup and salad. When served, everything was perfect!
I have a lower score on responsiveness because there was some turn over with management in the month leading up to our wedding, and no one reached out to me to let me know that my point of contact had changed. This meant that I had about 4 or 5 emails go unanswered. What further complicated the issue was that when I tried to call the hotel, the extension went to the previous event co- ordinator’s voicemail. I eventually found out from my decorating vendor, a week or 2 before the wedding reception, about the change, and got the new contact information from her.
I believe that this will be resolved for future customers, and Jessica Minnie is a very professional individual and answered all of my questions once I was able to get ahold of her.
I also gave flexibility a lower score because we weren’t allowed to have table wine at our reception (even if we offered to provide it), without being given a reason as to why.
Overall, the experience was positive and the reception was so much fun! Would absolutely recommend hosting events here for anyone who is wondering!
