Perfect Wedding Venue and Strongly Recommend!!

Universal Eventspace came to the rescue, proposing an ideal and cost-effective venue for our modest event! We used Studio 5, that enabled us to have an outdoor wedding/indoor reception (with inclement weather back-up plan!)
I am simply gushing with compliments... from the quality of the facility, equipment, and aesthetic design, to the top notch service, planning and coordination, we were so well taken care-of that we were in AWE of our treatment. Topping it all off, the food was spectacular, likened to eating at a 5-star restaurant for every guest. One special note - our event coordinator was completely on top of everything - she enabled a smooth event, without ever getting in the way - akin to magic!
My new wife and I would like to extend our sincere thanks to Frank, Michael, Tia, Janet and the whole PNP (Peter & Pauls) team! All consummate professionals who were very flexible and helped us achieve a "dream wedding/reception" (within our budget!).
We strongly recommend considering Universal Eventspace for your wedding or other event - big or small!

Amazing Venue
We signed out contract in October of 2019 before any covid, our wedding was planned for April 24, 2021. In the heart of the lock down. They let us move our date no extra fees to October 24th, 2021. They gave us no hassle and no problems. Closer to the date they even allowed us to have the room beside because it wasn’t booked. We couldn’t of been happier. We had so much room for 176 people, it was spacious and just beautiful.
Now I need to shout out Antonio Panacci we booked with him. I don’t even have words to describe this man. He made this experience so amazing for us. We went to about 10 halls and Universal was the last. I’m so happy Antonio was representing Universal because we booked on the spot. We love you Antonio!!
I also can’t forget Lorena! Heart of gold this lady! The amount of times I called her I ended up saving her number in my phone. Whether it was a Covid question, or just a general question about our wedding she was always available to talk and always available to help. She was also my day of coordinator and she went above and beyond what she needed to do. There were definitely some jobs I gave her that she could’ve easily said no. But she didn’t she did them and did an amazing job doing it.
We would 1000% book another event with them!

In addition, the food is PHENOMENAL and the service we received was top-notch. Being able to hire in-house vendors, such as S4 and Pure Event Design made planning our wedding easier and when having to quickly switch our plans due to covid, seamless. We could not be more thankful for all the hard work and dedication Universal put into making our wedding day such a beautiful, memorable and elegant event. Thank you so much!
Great Venue
Truthful experience
Upon booking, it was not communicated that the estimated number of guests would also mean the guaranteed number of guests which you ultimately have to pay for whether or not you meet those numbers. We found out the truth in this days before the wedding and it was tough negotiating this as we kept getting the 'you signed the contract' speech.
On the day of our wedding, some of our vendors were not received well by the staff and they were not cooperative in the process of keeping the evening running smoothly, and the room manager had snapped at my husband before realizing who he was. At the end of the evening, we also discovered that we were not allowed to take our wedding cake offsite - aside from the top layer which we disclosed we would keep. Universal EventSpace does say in the contract that no food is to be taken offsite, however, we paid for our wedding cake through another vendor and figured it belongs to us and it would be fine to take pieces and slices home - this was not the case.
Aside from this, we truly had an overall great experience and the best wedding day. The food is amazing and worth every penny and all of our guests, including us, left happy. The only advice we would give is to ensure that you know every single detail of the contract. This venue is very exclusive and it is hard to bring specific vendors on site. They do have great packages with their exclusive vendors however, make sure you are aware of all the costs associated.
