We had the distinct honour and pleasure in having Filander as our DJ/MC. Everything was personalized - nothing felt cookie cutter. Filander knows how to bring the energy and brought the best out of our guests.

Going above and beyond - he personally checked in on us throughout the night, regarding music, reception flow, and anything else we needed.

Filander was also very willing to get invested in any games, quirky activities we wanted, and the impromtu crowdwork.

The preparation is evident throughout. The equipment, sound checks, setup and teardown were balanced and seamless. We had the added bonus that United Entertainment is the recommended vendor of our venue at Willow Springs Winery. The partnership with the venue shows: Shauna, Daysi, Filander and Michael are all fantastic people and their experience together make them a super team for wedding coordination.

I cannot rave enough about Filander at United Entertainment DJ services!! From day one, Filander was extremely professional and organized which made our virtual meetings extremely productive and useful. He also has amazing customer service and took the time to reassure me the day before my wedding that I have nothing to worry about, and he was right! On my wedding day, Filander arrived early to set up and coordinated with the venue to ensure my wedding day went smoothly. During the reception, he made sure people giving speeches knew how to hold the mic and remembered to bring their glasses for toasts. After the meal was over, Filander was able to get EVERYONE on the dance floor and played the right music to keep them there! Our dance floor was never empty and we partied until closing at 1 am (even my parents were dancing all night!). At the end of the night after everyone left, my husband and I had to stay behind to clean up and Filander was kind enough to stay with us until our ride showed up! This is what I mean by EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Days after my wedding, my guests keep telling me how great our DJ was and I couldn't agree more! For anyone looking for a DJ, you can stop your search because Filander and his team are great people that are amazing at what they do. I cannot recommend them enough! If we could rate United Entertainment more than 5 stars, we definitely would! We had the most wonderful experience working with Filander and his team on our wedding day in September 2022. United Entertainment was a preferred vendor at our wedding venue, and we know exactly why. Filander and his team are professional, efficient, knowledgable, and are just simply the nicest people you will ever meet! Along with DJ services, we also hired United for day-of coordination and their photo booth.

In the months leading up to the wedding, Filander was a great resource to us and was so helpful in providing his honest and thoughtful input. My husband and I planned most of the wedding ourselves with the help of our family and friends, so his guidance was so valuable. It was evident that he had a lot of experience in the field, and we immediately felt like we were in good hands. Filander - Thank you for being so thorough with the music during every phase of the wedding. You took a huge jumbled/numbered list from us and turned it into a well thought out manuscript. The songs were on point, well tested for sound to have things sound their best, and the dancing part was fantastically coordinated. It was super great having the mix of bumpin' songs and slow dances for the older folk.
Daysi - The timing of everything was impeccable. You took off all the pressure from us and ensured everything was flowing according to plan (which you also so thoroughly went through with us!). I couldn't believe we didn't even need to plan our entrance into the reception; you took our idea and turned it into an incredible moment
Julian and Kyarah - Thank you for being incredible photobooth photographers and being so enthusiastic in getting people to pose in the photos. We have a book of incredibly special memories all thanks to you. The photo quality is ~incredible~ and everyone loved it so much.
I want to highlight how important wedding coordinators are. Before my wedding, I was of the opinion that I could coordinate everything. After the wedding, I could not believe how wrong I was. There's so much to the day that requires careful coordination, and Daysi did a phenomenal job ensuring everything we wanted to happen, happened (ceremony, food, photos, entrances, speeches, and more!).

We had the pleasure of Filanders' services last night for our wedding. To get straight to the point; BOOK HIM. His level of dedication to making our evening happen the way we planned was above and beyond. He communicated openly and honestly and provided easy suggestions on how to get the desired vision for our event. He had our guests out of their chairs busting moves, our speakers/speeches flowing smoothly and a steady stream of communication to the venue on all other aspects of the evening.

During and after my son’s wedding on Sept 29/2023 we received so many compliments about the music, wedding organizer, and photo booth. Big thanks and appreciation for everything you did Filander and crew.
It started off in the brides room when one of the bridesmaids needed an alteration on her dress and the wedding organizer, Anna, pulled out a sewing kit and fixed her dress! Then, Filander himself prepped the whole wedding party and gave us all a big pep talk before we entered the venue which I really do helped set the mood for a very fun wedding!🎊 Everyone loved the photo booth and the picture quality from that booth was incredible and instant! The bride and groom got a full set and every guest in the pics got one too!
Guests told me they requested songs and Filander accommodated them and also made sure the bride and grooms choices were there of course.
The day was so busy and only afterwards did we truly realize how great and important the music was for the outdoor ceremony and of course the party inside.
We would highly recommend Filander and his crew! Thank you sooo much United Entertainment for all your effort, true caring attitude and of course amazing sound thru the entire Big Day!!
