The Burning Kiln Winery was so helpful with the set up details for the reception. The winery is absolutely gorgeous ! Great Service and Staff .

Ashley and Burning Kiln made our Wedding Day the best day of our lives. We got engaged in January of 2022 and married in October of the same year - despite the short timeframe, at no point in the planning process did we feel stressed, largely because of how on top of everything Ashley was. While we had the option of retaining external vendors, we are so glad we went with the services Burning Kiln provided as part of their package - every part of the process not only went smoothly, but was actually enjoyable and added to the build-up to the big day. From menu tastings with Ryan at The Combine, to music coordination with Black Creek Music, and all of the work in between and on the day-of that Ashley and Bobbie Joe at Unveiled did to ensure everything went off without a hitch, we wouldn't change a single thing. We are so grateful to have had our wedding at Burning Kiln and would whole-heartedly recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone planning theirs.

My husband Ryan and I got married at the Burning Kiln on August 28, 2021. It was the perfect location for our special day! All of the girls & my parents stayed at the Farmhouse on the Friday night and it was perfect to wake up and already be on site! Ashley was amazing to work with and helped set up our decorations! Black Creek Music was also amazing and our guests had a lot of compliments about DJ Josh!
Over all getting married at the Burning Kiln was amazing! Would recommend.

Get ready because this is a LONG one! I have a lot to say because I am SO GRATEFUL to Ashley and the Burning Kiln!

Ashley had to answer a LOT of emails and was in constant communication with me. I had never put much thought into my wedding and I had NO idea what needed to be done or where to start! Ashley was ON IT! I am so grateful for all of her help from beginning to end. With her on board it was honestly like we had a full blown wedding planner!

Our big day could have been a disaster due to another company who robbed us and did not follow through! But thanks to ASHLEY and the Burning Kiln it truly was our dream wedding! So here goes…..

When Disaster Strikes:
Just 30hrs before the wedding we found out that the company we had hired to build a giant tent/structure for our outdoor reception was not upholding our contract (This was a SEPARATE company we had hired, NOT associated with the Burning Kiln). We paid more than $25 000 for a 300 person, solid structure with fully built-in elevated wooden floors. A day before the wedding we showed up to "pop-up" tents with water rushing through the ceiling and a rubber mat floor that may as well have been a yoga mat. IN A RAINSTORM. Disaster. We were told the building we had ALREADY PAID for was put up in Windsor and "that was that". WHAT?!?!

Ashley to the RESCUE!
Ashley Verrall SAVED THE DAY literally! I had called dozens of tent vendors and of course all the companies had either all their staff booked or all their tents rented (since it was only ONE DAY NOTICE). Ashley worked with 2 companies to have tents put up around the patio of the outdoor venue so that we could have the cocktail hour there (out of the rain) and we moved our reception to the Vineyard Pavilion (which was originally going to be for our cocktail hour). Perfect planning on Ashleys part made it possible to fit 200+ into a space meant for 150! (Giant harvest tables and all!)
With ALL of this, they were able to work with our florist and decorators to make sure that everything was PERFECT and more beautiful than we could have hoped for!

My now husband and I are still talking about how amazing Ashley was as solving a crisis and how perfect the Burning Kiln was for our big day! The pavilion was absolutely gorgeous for the reception! Especially when the big end doors were opened up and we had a beautiful view of the vineyard! It was the MOST BEAUTIFUL backdrop for the head table!

My husband and I did not have to worry about a thing! Even the little things were taken care of!
For example, prior to the reception, when the two of us were WAY out in the vineyard taking photographs, staff came out to offer us appetizers! IN THE RAIN!
Later, the staff noticed that we were busy walking around taking to people instead of eating our dinners, so they actually had dinners prepared for us later when things calmed down and we were able to eat (this was around 10pm when everyone was dancing and we were still given a HOT delicious meal!)
Another example is that we had a GIANT (10 foot) doughnut wall and more than 500 doughnuts along with a variety of sweet treats. Not only was the wall and dessert table ALWAYS stocked, but my husband's favourite doughnuts were set aside so that he could try them later in the evening!
Lastly, at the end of the night, Ashley and staff personally made SURE that everyone was transported safely to their glamping accommodations. This way we did not have to worry about anyone at the end of our night!

Not only did the day come together and everyone was dry (in a rainstorm), it was BEAUTIFUL, the staff were ALL WONDERFUL, and everything went off without a hitch on they day of!

My now husband and I are still talking about how amazing Ashley was and how perfect the Burning Kiln was for our big day! Looking back on pictures and videos still warms our hearts and brings tears to our eyes. Every time we talk about that day we both wish we could relive it OVER and OVER! The day was so unbelievably magical and we owe largely in part to Ashley and the Burning Kiln.

The winery ended up being everything we wanted for our wedding and more. They offer an entire package which includes ceremony, reception, alcohol and caterer. It was the best type of one stop shopping I have ever been able to do. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. There are so many locations within the winery that you can do your ceremony and/or your pictures afterwards.

Ashley from the event staff is absolutely amazing. She made us feel very calm and helped us set up all the meetings with the caterer. We also had a delicious wine tasting to get our first taste of our wedding wine! On the day of, she got through all the bumps in the road and we didn’t hear a word about it. We loved our day and all of our guests raved about how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been too!

Ashley and the team at Burning Kiln Winery were an absolute DREAM to work with! They made my wedding day seamless and most enjoyable and went above and beyond to make sure it was the perfect day. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful backdrop and perfectly organized day!

Our wedding was perfect. Everything leading up to it, the communication we had with Ashley and Bobbie Jo during the whole process was amazing. They made sure to always answer every last question I had. Even with us booking the burning kiln 2 years out from our wedding and asking early on questions, they were always there for us. The day of was perfect. I always heard there will be a few things that go wrong at your wedding but no one will notice but you … nothing went wrong. We are 2 months in to being married and guests from our wedding still can’t stop talking about how amazing our venue and wedding was …. And our food and service! We are so happy we went with the burning kiln and If we had to do it all over again we wouldn’t change a thing. The burning kiln will forever have a special place in our hearts and we will forever be grateful for the support from Ashley and Bobbie Jo and their team. Thank you times a million!

Ashley and her team at the Burning Kiln were amazing to work with. They made the planning so smooth and took care of everything on the day of our wedding. It was honestly a dream day and it was all because of the team at Burning Kiln.

We could not have asked for a more perfect venue. Ashley, the event coordinator, was extremely helpful through the whole process whether it was organizing vendors or answering last minute questions. At the rehearsal, she made sure everyone knew what to do and all the finishing touches were in place. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything ran smoothly.

Burning Kiln itself is a beautiful venue, with tons of hidden photo areas with different scenery. We also rented the farmhouse which is 100% worth it. I can't imagine now having it for the day before and day of.

This venue and their staff were absolutely amazing! We can't thank them enough.
