Tracey is the best.
Do yourself a MASSIVE favour and book Tracey to be your wedding/party planner RIGHT NOW. Tracey is extremely organised, creative, efficient and also just really wonderful to work with. We booked Tracey for her partial planning services, which ended up being a complete life saver; there is absolutely no way we would have been able to organise all of the logistics, decorations, hotel booking, not to mention all of the co-ordination of the wedding without her. Even though we signed up for just the partial planning package, Tracey went seriously above and beyond in every aspect of the organisation; she found us our band, our cocktail party entertainment, and our party boat, none of which she was expected to do. Tracey is super responsive and a great communicator as well, so as a couple, we never felt we were out on a limb or in any way lost -- Tracey always was there to help (and usually with loads of suggestions on how to make our wedding even better!) My husband was initially skeptical as to whether we really needed a wedding planner, but after working with Tracey, even he was completely sold on her value and would never have wanted it any other way. In addition to her professionalism and extreme organisation, I would add that Tracey is just a really easy person to work with and is just super lovely, which I think matters a lot, especially when working on a high-stress project like a wedding. In all, our wedding literally could not have gone better - it was the best (3) days of our lives and I can honestly say it definitely wouldn't have gone so perfectly if we didn't have Tracey. Seriously though...book her now....!!!

Hiring Tracey for our Day-Of Wedding Coordination was the best decision we made! We were able to truly enjoy our day without a single worry as she had everything organized to a tee and made absolutely sure that everything went off exactly as planned. Her attention to detail was immaculate and we even had guests commenting on how amazingly smooth and organized the night was. Tracey's firm yet kind and enthusiastic personality made sure that everyone was where they were supposed to be and that every detail was attended to precisely. Tracey and her team worked tireless for us and we can now look back on our wedding day as the best day of our lives and not one that was filled with stress and worry if we were doing it all ourselves. Tracey was the best investment we made towards are wedding. She was a lifesaver - very professional, responsive, organized, and just a pleasure to work with. Without her, I don't know how our wedding would have happened. We had separate vendors for everything and Tracey stayed on top of everyone to make sure our day ran smoothly.
Throughout the planning process, Tracey was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place for our big day. On the day of, Tracey and her team were on top of everything and made sure our very tight schedule was followed. We didn't have to worry about a thing! We just enjoyed our day to the max.
After the wedding, many of our guests came up to us tell us how amazing they thought Tracey was and how impressed they were with her. I would recommend her to anyone.

Tracey was so amazing to work with and I still can't believe how incredibly helpful she was. We were having a small ceremony and brunch reception in Toronto before we had a destination wedding in Cuba, and as the entire event was taking place in a restaurant I thought it would be fairly simple to plan and we wouldn't need a lot of Tracey's help. Now I'm wondering what we would have done without her!
She brought up a lot of stuff during the planning process that I hadn't even thought of (and I have a background in events! Just not weddings). She was the point of contract for the venue and all our vendors, and it was so wonderful not to have to deal with that. The day-of run-sheet she put together was the most detailed document I've ever seen -- it listed absolutely everything that was happening on the day of the wedding, and contact information for us, key family members, and all our vendors.
Also, she's a bit pushier than I am (I mean that in the best way possible) so she was better dealing with the venue than I was. If they told me we couldn't do something I'd be like “oh okay,” but Tracey was all “THE BRIDE GETS WHAT THE BRIDE WANTS.” So, that worked out well.
On the day of the wedding my husband and I worried about absolutely nothing. Not a thing. Tracey took care of everything, she even directed our family photos. She was completely invaluable and I'm so, so glad we had her. Everyone needs a Tracey!
