My husband and I had originally decided to not have a month of coordinator because we thought we could handle all the tasks on our own, but as our wedding got closer, the list became too overwhelming. We had talked to a couple coordinators beforehand, but once we spoke with Rhea, it was evident that she was so organized and experienced, and we knew she would be able to help execute our vision for the day.

From our initial meeting with her and the subsequent meetings afterwards, she helped us plan out the timeline and all the logistics, which put us at ease. She also attended our rehearsal and worked well with our officiant to make sure the ceremony would run smoothly. Because of her help, we left the rehearsal feeling confident for the big day.

On the day of, Rhea absolutely killed it. She put together our decor flawlessly and efficiently. She handled problems that arose so effortlessly and without putting any stress on us. She also accommodated last minute timeline changes, and still made the day run smoothly. She was the main point of contact for our families, bridal party and the rest of the vendors and everyone had nothing but good things to say about her.

Rhea was extremely organized and professional. I found her here on Wedding Wire. We definitely made the best choice. We began working together a couple of months before the wedding and had several meetings to go over various aspects that would require coordination day of. She really thinks of EVERYTHING. We hired Rhea for month of coordination services, but our communications and planning meetings started several months in advance.

Throughout the process Rhea was kind, patient, and responsive. We met at least three times for over an hour each to review our plans in detail, and she also led our in person dress rehearsal. On the day of, Rhea and Vam did an incredible job of set up and tear down. To put it into perspective… we had over 200 votive, pillar, and floating candles, in addition to other decor. They did an amazing job of making our vision come to life.
