Thank you!
We hired Rhea for month of coordination services, but our communications and planning meetings started several months in advance.
Throughout the process Rhea was kind, patient, and responsive. We met at least three times for over an hour each to review our plans in detail, and she also led our in person dress rehearsal. On the day of, Rhea and Vam did an incredible job of set up and tear down. To put it into perspective… we had over 200 votive, pillar, and floating candles, in addition to other decor. They did an amazing job of making our vision come to life.

Rhea made our special day perfect
My wedding was yesterday and I cannot stop thinking how perfect the decorations were set up. Rhea and I spoke few times in preparation for the big day, and she executed my vision so well and made it even better. She made few suggestions with the setup that we absolutely loved! I cannot recommend her enough for the day of coordination!! I had a stress free day because i knew she was on it!
Rhea is incredibly professional, talented and attentive! If you are looking for a day of coordinator, Rhea is your person!

Rhea was a wonderful help for my wedding in May 2025. She met with me and my spouse multiple times for up to 1.5 hours, making sure we had planned out every detail, and guiding us without influencing our decisions. The level of detail in our timeline impressed all our other vendors. On the day of, Rhea and her assistant did all the set-up exactly as we had planned, and dealt beautifully with last-minute curveballs. I would definitely work with Rhea again.

What can I say about Rhea? If you're thinking about getting a month-of-coordinator, please do it, and don't hesitate to hire her. Rhea was thoughtful, communicative, friendly, and ran all over our venue and venue's gardens to ensure everything went off without a hitch (as much as is humanly possible to do so). Even though we'd hired her for a month of coordination, she was always available and quick to respond even months before our wedding, and never made us feel silly for asking a gazillion questions. She set out our decorations perfectly, communicated well with our vendors, knew our timeline inside and out, and if there was a problem, we didn't know about it unless we had to chime in. Hire her!!!
