Pastiche Events is a boutique wedding and event planning company born from the belief that weddings and celebrations should be unique, stress-free, well managed and memorable. They are proud to use the best industry resources and newest technologies to make planning convenient, simple and fun again. From their interactive timelines to customized checklists and organizational systems, they take care of the fine details so you can focus on what really matters.

Pastiche believes in a respectful, collaborative approach to building, empowering and supporting the dream team to give you the best and most enjoyable experience possible.

Toronto as destination: Many of their clients live out of province and out of country and trust Pastiche to execute their plans remotely on their behalf. They are used to video-conferencing, virtual site tours, monthly video meetings, and helping plan unique experiences for guests when in Toronto.

Destination: Travel is at the heart of their inspiration and Khrystyna is extremely passionate when it comes to creating unique experiences abroad. Ask about special rates for events in Italy, France, England, New York City and California.

One of the best decisions of our wedding!

If you are looking for a wedding planner, you should hire Khrystyna from Pastiche Events!

Khrystyna made our wedding weekend dreams come true. She is kind, understanding, reliable and extremely hard working. She approached everything in the month-of-coordination with grace, professionalism and precision. Her encouragement and reassurance early on in the planning process allowed us to plan a two-day wedding, when we were originally thinking of doing a shorter event. For that, we are forever grateful!

My partner and I were able to enjoy the time leading up to our wedding, as well as our wedding days because Khrystyna handled all the moving pieces so seamlessly. We did not have to worry about anything because Khrystyna anticipated everyone’s needs, was extremely communicative and was quick to act when there were small mishaps.

Khrystyna’s keen eye for design and detail also made our wedding that much more beautiful. We were completely blown away by how she put the pieces of our reception together (e.g. floral arrangements, name cards, thank you cards, etc.). She truly went above and beyond to make our wedding unforgettable – we cannot thank her enough!

Khrystyna is an exceptional wedding planner in every way. You should hire her for your wedding – it was one of the best decision of ours!

Above & beyond!

Our wedding day would not have been the same, had we not had Khrystyna's help. She came onboard to help us, just as the month countdown for the big day started. I had left a number of big tasks still pending (floor plan, rentals, day of timeline), as they seemed to be the most intimidating parts of planning to accomplish. Although it was likely beyond the tasks of a 'month of coordination' package, Khrystyna eagerly took them off my plate. She helped me prioritize my running to do list and tie up all the loose ends. During the two weeks leading up to the wedding, my work was limited to just organizing my personal items/itinerary - Khrystyna took care of the rest. She took care of dealing with all the vendors and made me feel confident that we were on the right track, even though I had left a number of things to the last minute to finalize.

The day before the wedding, she lead a rehearsal at our home. She went through the whole process and made sure everyone knew what was going on. On the day of the wedding, she was checking in with my Maid of Honour to make sure we were all good and on schedule. I had dropped off all the personal items/decor in the morning. She did all the set up and it looked amazing. I did not give her much direction on what I wanted, nor did she really know what I would be bringing. But she somehow brought what I had envisioned in my mind to life.

What I thought was most impressive was Khrystyna's attentiveness to our needs and what we wanted for the wedding. She made sure the caterers opened the bar before our evening wedding and set up our DIY doughnut dessert table. They were set up so nicely that a lot of my guests thought the catering team had made them. I barely had any time to grab any hors d'oeuvres during the party, but she made sure to bring a platter full to us. She was constantly checking in with us to make sure we were good and also kept the formalities on track. We had a number of speeches for such a short time, but she made sure the evening flowed well. I truly feel like the evening would have been a cluster of disorganization, had Khyrstyna not been involved. She also saved us money by noticing that our caterers tried to get us to rent items that were already available at the venue. Her services were the best investment in our wedding and we will be recommending Pastiche to all our friend's and family.

Most organized person ever

Literal Angels

Khrystyna and her team at Pastiche Events was easily the best decision we made for our wedding day. From our initial meeting, I knew her and Pastiche would be a perfect fit. Khrytyna was quick to respond to my numerous questions and provided reassurance. The team was so attentive and professional. There is no issue that Khrystyna and her team couldn't resolve and ensured my family a stress free evening. These ladies are a godsend and you need to hire them for your next event!

It’s cliché but hiring our month of wedding planner Khrystyna was the best decision. She’s a hardworking professional that covers all of your blind-spots and took our aspirations to the next level. She has great judgement and tact as well as taste. Her business appears to be taking off to so if you’re thinking about a planner you should look her up and lock her down.

Brought our vision to life! Amazing!

Khrystyna from Pastiche Events helped us with full planning and month-of coordination for our wedding. Before meeting Khrystyna, my husband and I started the planning process totally overwhelmed and stressed. She calmed our nerves from the very first meeting and put us at ease with her experience and recommendations. Our wedding had more than one event (ceremony one day and reception the following day) so it was definitely a large event to plan! Through all of it, Khrystyna made sure decisions were in line with our vision and wishes.

Khrystyna kept us on track with monthly meetings that included very organized to do lists and items to follow-up on. Every time we met with Khrystyna we felt more relaxed and able to handle the inevitable details that come with planning a wedding.

During the month-of, Khrystyna handled all communication with our vendors and put together a detailed timeline. Khrystyna's talents shone even more on our wedding day and reception, when everything stayed on schedule and flowed beautifully. Many of our guests commented on how smoothly the events went. If there were any mishaps during the events, Khrystyna and her team took care of it without letting on that there was even a mishap to begin with! Her hard work allowed us to enjoy every moment of our wedding, without us ever having to worry about the timeline or vendors.

Khrystyna will work extremely hard for you and most importantly, create the wedding of your dreams!

Amazing experience

To say that Khrystyna was great would be an understatement. She was the main factor our wedding went off without a hitch. Through the whole planning process she went above and beyond our greatest expectations. She soaks up all the information thrown at her and neatly organizes it all in a thoughtfully planned out wedding day that focuses on the most important things, the bride and groom.

She created a detailed timeline for us and all our vendors and made sure that all of ours and our guests needs were taken care of. We are so grateful for everything she did and strongly recommend her services if you want to be as amazing as you always dreamt it would be.

Don't hesitate- hire pastiche!

If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, consider your search over! I went back and forth when deciding whether to hire a month-of or day-of coordinator- I had everything planned out and thought I had it under control. When I met with Khrystyna, I didn't hesitate to hire her immediately. There are so many wedding coordinators out there, but Pastiche Events is the best!

Khrystyna at Pastiche Events was incredible. She is amazingly organized, professional, and beyond helpful. From the beginning, she understood exactly what I was looking for, and didn't restrict her services to a set list; rather gave a guideline of what couple's typically utilize, and we went from there. Khrystyna was very responsive, made suggestions and listened to us.

Considering neither my husband and I have planned a wedding before, we relied on her for advice and support and she delivered! She coordinated with all our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page for the days events, she left no stone un-turned and was impeccably detailed.

Our wedding day was amazing, Khrystyna and her team ran the show at the venue and I didn't have to worry once about whether the vision I had was working or not. They ensured the ceremony went smoothly and the timing was perfect. When we arrived at the venue, everything was set-up exactly how I wanted it. Throughout the night, she made sure everything flowed perfectly, people knew when they were going up for a speech, and most importantly- that we got to enjoy ourselves!

If anything went wrong that day, nobody had any idea because Khrystyna ensured that everything went smoothly, I swear she didn't stop going all day. At the end of the night, she was still there, making sure cleanup was done and all of our items were stored safely away, we were able to leave and go home without a worry.

I could go on about all the little details and things she did throughout the whole experience, but I will just say you need to hire her! All of my friends who are engaged or nearly engaged have said they are going to use Pastiche Events for their wedding, and you should too!

Hire Pastiche!

I think you know your wedding coordinator did an incredible job when from the point of view of the bride, there were zero fires to put out and the day was perfect and ran smoothly! Khrystyna and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran as it should. Between the decor set up, managing multiple vendors and creating the schedule and sticking to it- Pastische events did it all.
I think Khrystyna had her work cut out as the venue we chose was a blank slate- we needed to bring in all vendors and create our vision ourselves. Khrystyna managed our multiple vendors - bringing to light any potential issues with the vendor/contract, and ensured we were on track (with payments, timelines etc.). With very little guidance provided, Khrystyna was able to bring our decor vision to life the day of. Additionally, it must have been challenging working with my husband and I as we are extremely easy going- Khrystyna was able to point out areas we may not have thought of and was able to keep planning on track. Thank you so much Pastiche events- without you our day wouldn't have been the same!

Curator of unforgettable experiences, foodie, traveller, community organizer, I founded Pastiche Events with a vision that unparalleled experiences happen with intention. Beauty, design, technology and a whole lot of hustle should intersect to bring together a unique work of art: your wedding or event.

I reside in Toronto with my partner Nicholas in our new home which just underwent a year long renovation (and brought out my love of interior design). I am a proud graduate of the University of Trinity College within the University of Toronto in International Relations, Political Science and History. After working in hospitality, government, construction management and marketing & sales, I went on to complete a Masters in Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business. I am also an alumna of the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada’s Professional Wedding Planner & Coordinator Program and am excited to continue growing Pastiche Events and my other ventures.
