With more than a decade of experience in the wedding industry, we have launched our "Day of Coordination" services.

Our goal is to put our expertise and industry connections to use and help couples who are looking for an extra bit of assistance on their day.

Our services are perfect for couples who have or are ready to plan their day on their own, but would like some assistance on the day, so they are not the main contact for all the vendors and guests for help. We take off the unnecessary stress of the couple so they can enjoy their day the way they envisioned.

Our offer:

Day of Coordination Service
- Provide you with a list of all necessary or recommended vendors you need to have booked 4 weeks before your wedding.
- Create a day-of timeline for you based on the specific celebrations you are having or any cultural practices.
- Get in touch with all your vendors you have booked, so the last communications go through us rather than you, to avoid last-minute stress.
- Coordinate deliveries/pick-ups with your vendors based on your venue requirements and the day's timeline.
- Eight hours of Assistance on the day of the wedding (one main planner & one assistant) *extensions can be made.
- Final site visit and/or rehearsal.
Full Planning Service
- Vendor recommendations.
- Vendor meetings & assistance in vendor selection.
- Site visits to venues/vendors for consultations.
- Create a day of timeline for you based on the specific celebrations you are having or any cultural practices.
- Get in touch with all your vendors you have booked, so the last communications go through us rather than you, to avoid last-minute stress.
- Coordinate deliveries/pick-ups with your vendors based on your venue requirements and the day's timeline.
- 12 hours of Assistance on the day of the wedding (one main planner & two assistants) *extensions can be made
