Sandra was an absolute pleasure to work with! We came into our wedding weekend thinking we had it all under control. But we ran out of time setting everything up on Friday and Saturday morning, and Sandra swooped in, completed set-up, monitored the arrivals of vendors and guests, had a Plan B when we were worried the DJ wouldn't arrive, and kept us on schedule - all whilst ensuring we were having fun and our vision was met. She also helped us with take-down at the end of the night without us realizing she was doing it, making the next day so much smoother. She was helpful, effective, non-disruptive and our guests loved her! Don't hesitate to hire her! -

Sandra is a beautiful soul with a special talent for staying chill and low-key while still somehow being on top of everything. A word of caution for brides who like to have everything fully organized too far in advance: at first when we hired her (a few months before our wedding), I was worried because her responses were a bit slow as she was busy with other weddings - what I learned later though, is that as a day-of coordinator, she will make whatever wedding she is working her TOP priority in the week before the wedding, and she will throw herself fully into organization for your wedding that whole week.
I had nothing but A+ feedback about Sandra from my family, friends, and other vendors. She is so sweet, caring, and thoughtful and maintains such a calm demeanor. As our coordinator, she was on top of everything while somehow staying low key and blending into the background. Our wedding ran PERFECTLY and I know that Sandra was a major part in making that happen. Thank you, Sandra, for making our wedding the best day ever! -

Her assistant Abigail also did such a great job on our wedding day. You can tell these ladies are passionate about what they do and we can't imagine how our day would have turned out if we didn't have their service and professionalism guiding our day from the morning to the end of the night and taking care of all the little touches that would've been overlooked. they truly helped make our wedding the dream that it was.

The biggest and best thing I can recommend to any bride would be to hire Sandra as your day of coordinator. She went above and beyond to help keep everything at our wedding running smoothly and did so with such ease and grace. Sandra took the initiative to do things before I even asked, which made everything so efficient and stress-less. Sandra was phenomenal! I am a pretty organized person, who hates asking others for help. I also struggled with trusting someone with 'my vision' but every interaction we had with Sandra left us feeling so reassured. For some parts, I left extensive notes/ pictures and she was happy to follow. For other parts, I left little details and let her decide what looked best and she did a great job! She has great ideas and solutions to everything. On the day of the event, she practically became part of the family- everyone loved her! She managed the flow so well and continued to check in with me to make sure I didn't need anything at all. I would HIGHLY recommend Sandra! And suggest every bride NEEDS a day of coordinator. We had a small wedding with only 20 people, and it was still crazy how many little things need to be done on the day. Sandra took care of every single one of them and I felt at ease because she is so lovely. Thank you Sandra! -

Sandra and her team did a great job coordinating our wedding. She took it on short notice (less than 2 weeks before the big day) and went above and beyond in helping with last minute decoration ideas, setting up everything and coordinating the night, and cleaning up at the end of the night. I don't know what we would have done without her, she helped make everything run smoothly so we didn't have to worry. Highly recommend!! -

Hire Sandra, just do it! You will not be sorry. My now Husband and I cannot even begin to explain how amazing Sandra is! She did absolutely everything, from keeping us calm and on time, to setting up our dream wedding. Our big day went off without a hitch and we both honestly believe this was mainly due to having such an amazing coordinator.
