We honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without Sandra on our wedding day. From the moment they stepped in, we felt completely taken care of. They were calm, professional, and on top of every little detail—exactly what we needed but didn’t even know to ask for.
Thanks to Sandra and her team, our day felt so easy and smooth. We didn’t have to stress about a thing and were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment with each other and our loved ones. It truly felt like magic how everything just worked—and we know it was all thanks to the care and effort happening behind the scenes.

Worth every penny

We worked with Sandra and Katrina for our day of coordination and couldn't be happier!
In the lead up, we had meetings with Sandra and Katrina and they brought up so many good points that we hadn't considered yet - from photography permits to how the flower arrangements were tied - it allowed us to get ahead of things and save us a bit of scrambling on the day.
On the day, Katrina went above and beyond. She was always where you needed her to be before you even knew you needed her. Whether with a fan in hand for an overheating bride, or dealing with one of the 10 vendors spread between 2 venues, she immediately took our anxieties away. She put a lot of care into making sure every detail was perfect and all the guests commented that it was the most smoothly running wedding they have been to.
I would highly recommend Day of Events for your wedding - the value was that it allowed us to be truly present and not have to worry about any of the logistics during our special day, and for that it was worth every penny!Venue: Celebration Pavillion + Aberthau mansion

Made our lives so easy!
We had Day of Events set up and take down our wedding decor for our downtown wedding and they made the day so easy! Sandra and Sandra were very experienced, professional, and easy to work with. Sandra took care of all the details on the day and made the space look gorgeous! She was communicative and had amazing ideas for the space that she executed beautifully. Made our day easy!
We reached out to Sandra because we originally just needed someone to help coordinate vendors on the day of and to transport our dogs to and from the venue for the ceremony. Sandra was able to source us two amazing coordinators (Adrijana and Sandra B) who went above and beyond for us on the day of, from running set up, to handling challenging parents, to making sure all the vendors, busses, dogs and food were where the needed to be. They honestly did so much and more. We originally didn't think we needed a Day of Coordinator, but after our wedding went so smoothly, I don't think I can recommend them enough!We reached out to Sandra because we originally just needed someone to help coordinate vendors on the day of and to transport our dogs to and from the venue for the ceremony. Sandra is amazing
Sandra M and her colleague Sandra supported our wedding in June and we are SO grateful for everything that they did to have the day run smoothly. Sandra is very easy to work with; adaptable, open minded, experienced, calm, and organized. She helped us to make sure that we had all of our planning ready, and completely took over day of so that we didn't have to think about anything. It was such a relief to have her there to handle all of the vendors, keep our timing on track, and answer any of our guests/vendors questions. Day of Events was the perfect addition to our wedding day! From the initial consultation, all our questions were answered, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Sandra was instrumental in helping us find event staff, securing a liquor license, and planning the timeline for the day. Our day-of coordinator, Adrijana, was absolutely amazing. From the initial setup to running the event, she kept everything organized and made the day extra magical for us. Our guests are still talking about how well the day went, thanks to Adrijana and the rest of her team. Someone who could be a sounding board, talk me off the ledge, help with last-minute details (like assembling the centerpieces and placing them) and be the point person to ensure everything ran smoothly for the event itself. Being able to hand everything off meant I got to enjoy the party, and Sandra stayed through to the end making sure everything was put away, cleaned up, and in order. She remembered things I forgot, double checked with me when she wanted to adapt things to flow more smoothly, and was overall awesome. It was like having your ultra-competent big sister there to provide support, give advice, and make sure things Got Handled.
I'll add that while she does do full-blown planning, I just wanted defined support on the day, and a bit of sounding-board advice. She was the only person I found who didn't want to upsell me, and also didn't try to take over the event and overlay her own vision. She was a real support in exactly the way I needed and wanted.
