We had the pleasure of working with Sandra as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in August, and couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose her and her company. We were originally supposed to be married in April but because of COVID, ended up rescheduling, and Sandra was super accommodating with the change of date. We only hired her as a day of coordinator, but she was so much more than that! Even before the wedding day, she met with us to discuss our ideas and plans, she answered my random wedding related questions, and made sure everything was organized for the day of (thankfully bringing up things we had not even thought of!). Her guidance and advice through all this was very helpful. Throughout it all, she was extremely friendly and patient, always organized, professional, quick to reply, on top of things… I could go on! She went so above and beyond what we expected and made it possible for me to relax and just enjoy the day. Her calm demeanor and her warm welcome was also noted by our guests. On top of this, she was also the most reasonably priced coordinator after doing much research!
This is coming from a bride who was so sure she didn’t need a day of coordinator. I am super type A and had everything planned. Literally, all I needed was help with setting out some simple décor, but because of the timeline, I wasn’t going to be able to do that and didn’t feel right asking family/friends to do it when I wanted them to have an enjoyable day as well. People insisted I get a day of coordinator, and despite my hesitation (did I really need to pay someone to set out simple décor?!), I decided to just go for it. I am SO GLAD I did! Like I said, Sandra did SO MUCH MORE than just set out décor. She took charge of everything and put my mind at ease! She made the venue more beautiful than I could have imagined. She coordinated with other vendors so that I didn’t have to. She helped organize people at the ceremony and made sure everyone knew their jobs. She helped me with my dress. She helped coordinate the photos and held an umbrella over me between shots when it started to rain. She gave me water and snacks. She was like a personal assistant, while also dealing with the logistics of the day and all the people involved!
All I can say, from someone who didn’t think a coordinator was necessary, is do it! Sandra is so worth it!

Sandra is a stellar wedding coordinator! Top-class organization, exquisite attention to detail, and a key knack for problem solving in the moment!
In planning for their wedding, every couple is nervous about finding the right wedding planner. Our nerves went calm as soon as we met Sandra for the first time. She showed off her organizational genius, asked us the right questions to understand our vision's details, and provided thoughtful feedback for the many questions we had ourselves. As the day neared, she made sure to check in with us several times to ensure she had all the details right, allowing us to focus on preparing for our big day without worrying about glaring hitches or details out of place.Sent on 12/10/2020
On the day of, Sandra was an absolute rockstar! Despite us asking a lot of her, she took care of everything - from picking up flowers and cake on time and delivering them to the groom to making sure that set up went flawlessly, Sandra's calm demeanour and sharp awareness of our details allowed us to live entirely in the moment for our wedding.
One example of Sandra's care and problem-solving ability (which may seem small but meant a lot to us given the current COVID-19 pandemic) was how she facilitated a necessary adaptation in our ceremony space so that our guests could be safely spaced apart. When we arrived and she showed us the change, we were so impressed as it still gave us the same ethos but provided our guests with a more spacious place to enjoy our ceremony. Furthermore, she communicated this her plan to us in advance so that we weren't caught off guard and could provide consent to the change.
We truly are so grateful that Sandra was our wedding coordinator and would, without any hesitation, recommend her for any couple - to us, she was worth far more than the number at the bottom of her invoice!

I'm not sure there are enough words to tell you how amazing Sandra was as our Day-Of Coordinator. She was incredibly organized, professional, and made sure that our day went off without a hitch. Not only did she do all the set up for our event, she also coordinated every single aspect of our wedding day with such precision. From controlling our music, to setting up the reception tables, everything was even better than I envisioned. Not only that, she was also the MOST REASONABLY PRICED Day-Of Coordinator out there. I hired Sandra two weeks before my wedding. I was unhappy with my coordinators and took a really big risk so close to my wedding, letting them go and hiring Sandra.
Am I ever happy I took that risk. After only having one quick meeting she knew exactly what to do the day off. She did such an amazing job, making sure the set up was done exactly how I wanted and paying attention to every detail. She made the day flow perfectly, thought of little things I hadn't even thought of (even though I was a type A detail oriented bride) She even had an emergency kit with everything you can think of which came in handy when I needed scissors and a bridesmaid needed advil!
Sandra just knew what to do. The day ran absolutely perfect and I felt no stress. Would recommend her 1000%. Book her if you can, it's safe to say she is one of the best in Vancouver.Sent on 09/11/2019

Saved our lives
Sandra was so accommodating!! We decided a week before our wedding we wanted a day of coordinator and she managed to organize everything so last minute and it literally made our day run so smoothly, I honestly don’t think it would have run as great as it did without her! ALEKSANDRA DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB AS OUR DAY OF COORDINATOR! SHE MADE SURE WE HAD MEETINGS BEFORE THE WEDDING AND ALSO ORGANIZED THE REHEARSAL. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING RAN SMOOTHLY AND IT DID. ALEKSANDRA PUT OUT MY DECOR AND IT LOOKED BEAUTIFUL! SHE FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH ALL MY REQUESTS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO THE SLIGHTEST DETAIL. SHE ALSO MET UP WITH ALL OF OUR VENDORS AND WAS GUIDING THEM THROUGH OUT THE DAY WITH PROFESSIONALISM. OUR CEREMONY AND RECEPTION WAS PERFECT AND BEAUTIFUL WITH NO ISSUES. I WASN’T EVEN THE SLIGHTEST STRESSED OUT ON MY BIG DAY BECAUSE I KNEW SHE WAS IN CHARGE! GREG AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HER SERVICES TO ANYONE.
