MO&CO Event Coordination

We hired Michelle for day of coordination and she helped us so much throughout the planning process as well as postponing! Ultimately since we changed our vision so significantly, she wasn't present at our legal ceremony or vow renewal, however she supported us so much throughout the entire process and really guided us through the whirlwind of pivoting last minute and doing a legal ceremony, and organizing it all! We really appreciate her constant care and responsiveness in a stressful and confusing situation and would highly recommend having her in your corner!

We hired Michelle back in January 2020 after looking for a month of coordinator for our April 2020 wedding. After postponing our wedding to October 2020, Michelle was always available to keep us updated and contact all our vendors to ensure our new date. Michelle frequently checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we had. Leading up to our wedding, we began working with the lead coordinator Erin for our big day. We can't say enough amazing things about Erin. She was an absolute lifesaver and the day wouldn't have been as perfect if we didn't have Erin. She went above and beyond any expectations! Erin was so responsive & quickly contacted vendors to answer questions. Erin was always one step ahead the entire wedding day! She kept us up to date throughout the day and checked in consistently. I will definitely be recommending MO&CO to all my friends and family! If you're planning a wedding, you need a coordinator and MO&CO is a must :)

When I first started hunting for a day-of-coordinator, I was still debating it - I'm a teacher and its hard for me to let go of control. After contacting Michelle I said I wasn't sure I wanted one. She sent me the most encouraging reply, giving me advice on my wedding, whether I went with her, with a different coordinator or without a coordinator. It meant so much to me that I hired her on the spot!

During the months leading up to the wedding, I met with Michelle twice to go over a very detailed schedule that we continued to revise and update. This schedule helped make the day go so smoothly. She also met us at our venue a couple of times; once ahead of time and once the day before to review expectations, our visions for the wedding and to make sure everything was set up.

The day was honestly our perfect day. Michelle and her assistant worked in front of us and behind the scenes to make sure everything went as plan. And when there were inevitable little bumps, she rolled with them and fixed them on the spot to the point where I didn't even know anything had changed. She set up the entire space which looked spectacular and packed everything into the cars at the end of the night.

Our wedding was the happiest day of our lives. I was able to fully enjoy every moment knowing I could 100% trust Michelle to run everything else. I highly recommend her for any event you're looking at hosting.

We were having a very rough go dealing with our "in house" venue coordinators. I was trying to do their job, as well as my own, and it proved to be way to much. I had reached out to Michelle telling her I was struggling, and next thing you know we were sitting at Starbucks for hours, discussing every. single. detail of my wedding day. From there onward Michelle was on top of EVERYTHING, including mis-information from the venue, return visits, last minute DJ changes, the decorator dropping out last minute, mis-placed USB keys, the list goes on... but you wouldn't believe the relief that Michelle brought to this very anxious bride. The lengths in which Michelle went to, to ensure my day was perfect, were insurmountable. Michelle assistant Lauren was just as lovely, she ended up acting as a seamstress, decorator, fake eyelash gluer-back-oner, and she bring such a calming presence to any situation. These two make an incredible team, and anyone would be so lucky as to work with them. Michelle truly was my saving grace and my day was what it was because of her. Michelle is the definition of someone who goes above and beyond. She helped make our day completely stress free, allowing us to focus on getting married and celebrating our special day together. Michelle is professional, kindhearted and ALWAYS prepared. We are grateful for all her handwork leading up to the date, and the day of. As an anxious person, Michelle made sure to take all my worries away, with a strong focus on detail. She is exceptionally organized and diligent and has all the tools to make each couple's day as special as it can be.

Michelle and the Mo&CO team were a dream! Like many brides I thought I could do it all myself but quickly became overwhelmed by all the details. From the very beginning Michelle was proactive, organized, and efficient. She is extremely resourceful and creative and gets the job done! From the beginning planning stages to when the lights went on at the end of the night, Mo&Co was there to ensure that the most joy was squeezed out of every minute of our wedding day. Michelle and Olivia are the dream team, their enthusiasm and attention to detail allowed me to enjoy the month leading up to my wedding and most importantly my wedding day. Michelle was simply amazing. We had an outdoor wedding on our family farm and I was so stressed about everything running smoothly but she made it all work. Everything stayed right on track.
